Very poor service from Oxigen which is given below:
1)Complain to Area Manager, but problem not solved.
2)Complain to H.O., same thing.
3)Complain to manywhere & manytime regarding about the problem,
nothing happened.
So.I have decided to quit from Oxigen...

mather chod service hai oxirail ka sala subah jab 8:0 se 8:20 ka time hota hai oxirail open hi nahi hoga ..agar galti se open ho bhi gaya to 10 tarah ke verify code mangna suru tab tak tatkal ticket ka time bhi paas kar jayega...mather chod customer care wale 126699 kishko baitha ke rakha hai bahin chod waliyon ko 1 rupya per minute kata jata hai hai aur sahi solution bhi nahi mailta...salon jab customer care ka kata jata hai to ticket book ke samay 10 rupya oxirail bale mather chodane ka katate hain...

sir my id no is 17032725 oxigen shope . my problem is jab main tatkal ticket banane biath ta hu to 1 message aajata hai ki you can not make the tatkal ticket before 9'o clock am but ONESTOPSHOP user make the tatkal ticket between 8 am to 9am. so plz solve this problem otherwise i will quit oxigen shope & take the ONESTOPSHOP it is not my warning it is my request. Airtel Mobile — Very Bad/ Ghatia Behabiour
This is The example of Very Very Bad and Ghatia services of Airtel and I am feeling that been Cheated by AIRTEL .The History of the Problem is as follows but I am sure that They will not solve it easily:

• Photo Copy of My Voter ID card
Problems:
Problem -1 Problem Start
• I contacted to the local Market of Panchsheel for a connection on 17th of June and they have given the number [protected] and that were not activated.
• Two Days passed and I was under Problem and sanded lot of mail to Customer Care of Airtel.
• Solution: Nothing and no bother about the Problem of a customer and Services of Phone.
• Result: I handed over the Connection to Shop Keeper
• Shop keeper was good than Their highly paid Staff he had Taken another Copy of Photo and ID Proof and Provided me the New Sim Card No. [protected].on Same Day.
Problem -2 ID Verification:
Nobody contacted me at my work Place or Residence. One Phone Came and ask nonsense type Questions as such
• Where are you?
• Why you came Delhi?
• You know someone?
• What is your income?
• What Type of your job?
Problem -3
• Phone No. [protected]. Has worked till yesterday [14July] and that was blocked by AIR TEL without any Reason, And I don’t know why this Misbehave are doing By AIRTEL in Delhi for a New Person.
• No Support from Customer Care.
