Hi I have purchased the mobile micromax a116 canvas hd on 11 Feb 2013 at myvirtualplaza.com.My order id is MVP0029382. Since 12 Feb i was doing the follow up for delivery but no response at all. Then i had send a lots of mail and trying to call but no response from them. Then they have canceled my order and reverted back they will be refunding the money after 9-10 days on 26 mar 2013. But no refund as well as response. I have called them a several time but always busy or not reachable. There payment gateway company raising the hands from the matter. i wants to disclose such a things in media to save others from this fraud company. Mail from account dept Hi Team, This is the last request to refund my money. I will go to the syber crime and local police station to file a complaint. After requesting a many time getting no response from your team. Refund my money asap.
