Myway IPTV — promises not fullfilled | |
sir, we were promised by myway iptv sales representative for providing 3 months trial of TV cable service through BSNL internet without any charges, on refundable deposit of Rs. 1500/- for set top box. Accordingly we have paid Rs.1500/- by cheque, and services were resumed on 20th January, 2010. After one week the company demanded Rs.50/- per month towards rent of set top box. we were not supposed to pay any amount for three months as per representative's promise. so we denied to pay and service were discontinued. we demanded if you do not fulfill your promise, we do not require your services and refund our deposit amount Rs. 1500/- immediately and take away your set top box. since 25 days there is no response from the company and not providing their local hyderabad office address. we request your honour to take up the matter with company and get us the refund and penalise the company for cheating innocent public. i remain, Dinesh Gosar (Hyderabad) BSNL Tel. I agree with the complaint. Myway PTV is a froud. they peomise and does not fullfill. They don't give the refunds of set top boxes on delivery. Their marketing should be banned and all the customers should be taken over by BSNL/MTNL themselves and served. Forgery cases should be booked against Myway IPTV marketeers and should be prosecuted.

Yes, even in my case the marketing man told all lies and now when i called them to disconnect and return the money collected as deposit towards setup box, they say they are taking the setup box first and later i will receive the money. But, what is the guarantee. After hearing all the complaints, why BSNL/MTNL i keeping quiet. Immediately they should ban myway and take over and run by themselves. Srikanth P.B. Bangalore
