[Resolved]  Naaptol.com / Krishna Trader — mobile handsets

Dear Sir,

i am mohd mehraj ahmed. I have ordered purchase of Mobile Phone model Boss e Phone 3300 through Naaptol. Order No. is 326480 Dt. 24.04.2010. I received delivery of said mobile phone on 26th April, 2010 at 5.25pm.

My Instrument has got one-way communication problem. 26th APRIL, 2010-

I called to customer support department on [protected] on 26 the April, 2010. Representative (Customer support executive) asked me to go and visit at Mobile Service Center, if they asked for service, don't give piece for servicing, call us back. I called back to Mr. forget the name on 27th APRIL, 2010, he told me that, you will received call from our office within 48 hours and they will give address for which you have to courier above said defective piece.

Vendor Details as per Invoice are as follows :

Invoice No. : 1858023
Seller Ref. No. : 326480
After that I called them and sent them mobile phone by DTDC courier AWB NO .V02827103 in this my lose is RS 5000.. They sent me again defective handsets. Now what I do? I am a student and i have not more money. Please help me
I feel very sad about this, new mobile phone getting this trouble in just two days!!

I mailed to which I sent on same , 2010. As on date I didn't receive any reply against this mail. Even I didn't get any call from Naaptol side.

Every time I called, I got reply that System is down, call after half an hour.

Till now I spoke with five different persons namely -

1) Mr. Sayeed Shaibad
2) Anil Ghode
3) Lalit Nalawade
4) Sabin Shekh
5) Forgot name - one lady.

I am waiting for favourable reply. If you need any more details from my side, please feel free to call me.

i bought a mobile phone by internet from naaptol.com . they sent me a defective handsets , after that i called them and sent them mobile phone by courier in this my lose is RS 5000 .. they sent me again defective handsets . now what i do ? i am a student and i have not more money ..please help me

Dear Mehraj. Actually unfortuntly we stuked in a net of one of the bigest fraud company... I have taken e phone from naaptol and it was faulty one. We send back it to naaptol for replacement before 6 month, but till date i didnt received back it.

Kindly infromed to your area people about this fraud company Naaptol, so atleast other people may not buy any thing from Naaptol.

Lets hope that consumer court will do some thing in favour of justies.

i am Pawan Kumar Dubeu. I have ordered purchase of Mobile Toch P Phone i+++9 through Naaptol.

My Phone Desply will be Craish in month of July.so i will contact your customer services no. [protected]. He was give me service center address. Address is Mangesh Industriial Estate A -2, Chelar Nagar Near -Nahur Village Bhandup West Bomby.

Dear Dir,

I am Caleb Lalawmawia Renthlei from Mizoram State India. I ordered Spy Pen 16GB order No. 1303837 Dt. 3/02/2011. Booking P.O. is - Vaishi Post Office.
So, the item was delivered to me on dt. 21/02/2011 (Monday). The vendor is Krishna Traders (Naaptol - IBEX). And the Seller Name Krishna Traders. Seller Ref. No. 1303837.
Then I received the the percfel and I have paid the cost and vpp charge of total- Rs. 1745/-. But when i open the parcel, only the driver CD is there and no Spy Pn 16GB.
What will i do...?
So, i regquest your kind consideration and necessary action please.

Wrong product

Naaptol have sent me th wrong product. Instead of sending me the Ipro steam Mop they have sen some cheap inverter. No they wont send me the correct product or refund me the money paid.
