[Resolved]  Nokia — COMPLAINT ON NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE CENTRE

I Dr. G. Jeyabalan, had purchased a Nokia E63 mobile phone few months back. The mobile phone was having the problem of hanging at one page during internet surfing. Last week, it so happened, and I tried to restart the mobile phone. The moment I switched it off, it was not responding any key after that and till now the mobile can not be switched on.
When the mobile had been submitted to Nokia care (Jain Communications,) Alwar, they asked us to wait for two hours, then one day, then two days and finally they said the mobile had to be sent to head office and would take 8-10 days. And finally I had taken my mobile handset back and now I decided to lodge a complaint to the consumer forum for the ignorance and lethargic of the service center.
They prefer to do services for paid service customer rather than warranty service customers like me. If at all they can not provide warranty services, why the company claims for warranty for one year for their products?
This can be taken seriously against Nokia who provides false claims as warranty, and the service center for not providing prompt service, reception to the customers.

Nokia 7310c Mobile — Proper Service not being provided since i purchased & now the Mobile is not getting reparied

I brought a Nokia 7310c mobile in October 2008, Since then after every 2-3 months i was visiting Nokia service center for technical problems (Repeat problem). Even the Nokia service center Engg told me that there is some issue with this Handset. now it almost 1.5 years and i have visited the Service center 5-6 times and even i have asked them to change the handset as the problem is occuring again and again but they were assuring me everytime that now this will not happen again. 1 week back again i have given my handset for repair (same issue), they took it and gave me a estimate of 1800/- INR (last time it was 1400/- INR). after a week...i.e. today i got a call that we can't repair it and pls collect your handset in th same condition. Now i again asked them to change my Hand set as i am having this issue since i brought this Phone and i have also raised this issue and requested them to change the Mobile set. But they are saying it out of warranty and they cannot help.

I have taken Nokia because Nokia is the one of the finest Mobile but now after buying the Mobile it has given me lots of Problem. Infact now I can Compare my Nokia mobile with the China Mobile I think Chine Mobiles are not only good in performance but they are Cheaper also as compared to Nokia Mobiles.

So please look into the matter seroiusly as my Warranty Period is Coming to end & after the period is over they will say that your Warranty Period is over.

I request you to give me a replacement as it has given me lots of problem & after making complaints I have not got the proper Service.

i am shashikant sampat vishwakarma i have purchased E63 handset which is stil in warranty period i have problems with the day i have purched this handset now my resent problem is even though my handset is in auto answer the handsfree doesnt get on nor cn i on by the handsfree recevier i hand given the handset to nokia customer service on 5th march 2010 and i received it on 12th march 2010 but stil the problem is not been solved i wil be thankful i[censored] please take some action as soon as possible

Nokia — NOKIA SERVICE PROBLEM

I have an Airtel mobile prepaid connection. My mobile No. is [protected].
For the last 3/4 days I am receiving messages that " You have been renewed........... You have been charged Rs............." and they are deducting the amount from my mobile phone account. I have stopped all the internet facilities from my mobile and even then I am receiving this type of msg. and they are deducting the amount. Today also they have deducted Rs.3/- for the subscription. I have complained to the Customer care 4/5 times but, I think, they are unable to do anything on this.

Please do the needful immediately and confirm to my above e-mail ID.

i have purchased a nokia model 1661 on dated22.11.2009 but now on dated 05.03.2010 it is not working nothing is happen with this mobile like water damage, put down from hand . it is not switching on. then i went to your nokia service center unnati costomer care Jaipur the service man said that it is water damage problem but it was not then he said i have to pay Rs.480/- i was agree but again when next day i went there then he said it is not possible to repair it . so which warranty you give one yaer or six month with the nokia cells. i belive in nokia but now i will for not accept it.
i have the problem in my mobile Nokia1661 it is in warranty period there is no such major damage as depending you not accept to repapir it. but your service center is not able to make it rpair what i should do. my conect No.[protected]
we had purchased NOKIA 7610 supernova IME No. [protected] from RAJ HANS PHOTO CENTRE SCO 4, SECTOR 17-E, CHANDIGARH bill no.RHP/09-10/41830 dated 17-AUG-2009 ..after payment i noticed that that pack is not sealed n i i refused to accept the pack as seal is broken..then the sales girl tried to convince me by showing other packs which are not sealed n saying that we sell packs like this only as when customers came we ourself open seals to show them n it is not always that customer buys the product n this is the only reason behind ourselling unsealed packs..same girl demonstrated opening n resealing of fresh pack...the owner of shop..some old man said...aap to aiyee hi vaham kar rahe ho sadaa to market mein naam chalta hai..koi problem ho to hum yahin baithe hain...since no other option left we were forced to accept that..few days after same cell started troubling us..slow internet speed, headphone not working properly, no voice clarity, ..charger stopped working n finally cell got hanged up ...n got dead...now when i ringed up this nokia priority regarding this...these ppl were ridiculus.. some MR VIKRAM told me that they cant do anything as they only sell new cells n repair of those defective pieces is not their responsibility n asked me to go some nokia care to get it repaired..these dealers are befooling people under the tag of nokia priority by selling unsealed packs...strict action must be taken against such fraud ppl...we willn ever buy any nokia phone in our life again becoz of malpractices of such fraud nokia priority dealers

I thought low batter I charged 2 to 3 hrs but my set was not getting on. I am Dalip Singh. i purchased a new nokia 3110 six month ago and now it was creating aproblem and whaen i asked the nokia care sec 35 a i give my hanset to repair on 22nd march 2010 and now today is 27th march they are not able to repair no one is able to repair my handset please replace it with a new handset of 3110. I think u will take a serious action.I want the handset with in a three days because I am going to manali on 1st april 2010.It is very urgent for me I[censored] are not able to repair it please replace it with a new handset till the evening of 1st april 2010.

Nokia Care — Nokia does not care for customers

I had very frustrating experience with Nokia service today. I wanted to claim warranty on two of blue tooth devices I had bought in last six months. When I visited the Nokia care center in HYD, they refused to provide support because they wanted a photo copy of original receipts. This is in spite of me having the original receipt and products in good shape. It looked as if they are just trying to find a reason for not providing support.
I called their call center too – he sounded no different than the tech support folks in Hyderabad. In fact the guy said "this is how nokia works" . When I asked to connect me to his manager, he says manager is not available.
Finally I threw the devices on the face of the Nokia care folks and gave up any hope of replacements.
I have decided not to buy any Nokia products from now on.
Dear sir,

I am not satisfied with the service of AA Electrocnics you Nokia case in Amritsar. Who have not pick my phone for the last one hour . He suggested me to call in our office at 4.30 pm on 3.4.2010 to know the positition of my cell phone. But more than 2 housr they not pick any phonecall .

I have purchased nokia 5800 xpressmusic on 09 April 2010 in dehradun nokia showroom. PC suite of 7.1 something installed in my laptop, but mtp device drivers does not support and i have search in internet but no solution not found. please send mtp device drivers and i can use phone with pc suite pl need to some help me my mobile number [protected]
