The refund for PNR # 0M9M1R for Rs.7296/- is pending since 5th August, 2010 for Ticket Nos.[protected],[protected] and[protected]. The flight was canceled and Paramount Airways representative has informed us that the refund will be processed and the amount will be credited to the Credit Card used for the booking within 15 days. But till date the refund is pending inspite of repeated reminders by email. The contact numbers given on the website is either not responding or temporarily out of service.
On August 2010, I booked a ticket In the name of MOHAMED ASARUDEEN from Chennai to Madurai Using my credit card to book online in Paramount Airways. The PNR No is 0M9QTS, the Flight No is.17405 on 9th September and the return flight No: 17458 and the flight was totally cancelled and the airport staff send a email confirmation on two days erlier informed that the flight was cancelled and also informaed the refund amount will be credited to my visa card account within 7 working days and it was not done till today. My Father is keep on chasing the local offices but no response from anyone.
Till today my money HAS NOT BEEN credited into the account Kindly look into the matter and advice them to pay back my refund.

I received a call from your office that the flight has been cancelled and that the amount will be refunded fully. Till now i didnt receive the amount. Kindly refund the money as early as possible.

Paramount Airways — Non Refund for cancelled flights
Dear Sir,I have booked Madurai to Chennai flight (PNR - 0M9OH8, Ticket Number[protected], Flight Number - I7458, date of journey - 13th September '10) which was cancelled and i have been communicated about this cancellation on 10th September '10. They also informed me that the refund will be made for the flight ticket within 3 - 5 days.
I tried calling the 24x7 call centre every time, but no response always the number was found busy. With this i have inquired the Madurai office and they told that the refund will be made within 15 days. At the same time i have sent a mail about this matter to the customer care ([protected]@paramountairways.com), also no reply from their end.
It is almost 4 months passed, no reply from the airline operator end.
Kindly accept this complaint and help me in getting the refund at the earliest.

The same thing for me, the have not refunded the amount and the customercare care number given by them are out of service, can we file case regarding this on consumer court .
Would appreicate if our issue is addressed and help us for the refund.
