On dated 02.06.2013 a sum of Rs.100/- has been deducted from my SB A/C for rechraging my mobile no.[protected] but till neither my mobile has been recharge or my deducted amount has been refunded.Please refund of recharge immediately.

I recharge my phone number [protected] on 25/06/2013 for a sum of Rs 96/- but it was unsuccessful due to some reasons vied your order no.[protected] dated 25/06/2013 and amount has been deducted from my SBI account and amount so far not refunded to my account please do needful.

I recharged my Idea card on paytm.com of 23 rupees.But after 12 hours also recharge is not done.It is showing waiting for operator.
