[Resolved]  PNB — Net banking id not recieved

I applied for pnb net banking on 9th december 2008 and havn't recieved my id till now.When i ask the bank manager he just tells me to come on a later day each and every time.My account no. is [protected] and my account is in sector-27 branch in chandigarh.It would be grateful if someone could help me out.

your customer id is your net banking id.it is written on passbook.

sir I am a srinivasan and having internet banking account the issue is that, that i have lost my internet banking I.D and PASS WARD want to issue the new I.D and PASSWARD so it is the request that please after the matter or just suggest me that how can I issue new i.d and passward My a/c No-[protected],

I received Kit No.B[protected], Packet no.B9709, Circle no.09 and Serial no.52 to activate internet banking. But when i followed the instructions given in the kit to access my SB account, i received a message on my screen that invalid pass word.

I am using Credit Card of PNB since long. My registered Mobile no is [protected] while when asking on customer care through phone they have informed that your registered Mob no is [protected]. please update your record and register [protected] as my registered mob no. Further, I have also registered my E-mail ID- [protected]@gmail.com witrh you.

Since I am subscribing TATA Sky connection for which I have to pay them through card. While effecting payment the system told that your registered Mob no is [protected] hence system could not allow me to transact. Kindly resolve my problem so that I can use trouble free my card.
