[Resolved]  PNB — Complaint of misbehave by Mr.Narendra Prasad & Bank Manager of Danapur Cantt Branch,PATNA (Branch code- 014200)

Sir,
My father Mr. Shyamta Prasad Gupta Is a loyal customer of your bank,he had applied for a loan amt. of Rs 55,000 for purchasing an auto . He was granted the loan on 12/03/2003 after observing necessary bank formulaties as per bank's norms my father had deposited KVP for value of Rs 35,000.
My father cleared the loan amount on 30/11/2006 ,but he could not able to apply for the withdrawl of above mentioned securities(KVP) due to his unforeseen personel circumstances.And when he was free from his problems he approached the bank for getting his securities back, then the bank personnels started searching for his deposited Securities (KVP's) but they failed to find same and told my father that it has been LOST.My father was shocked to know that it has been lost .
My father requested to bank manager & Mr Narendra Prasad (Loan Dealer) that kindly give back my KVP's as I have cleared my Loan dues and on hearing this they both stareted shouting and misbehaved with my father using unparliamentary language and said that "in hindi TUM ITNA DIN SE KAHAN MAR GAYE THAI AUR TUMHARA KOI KVP JAMA NAHI HAI ,BHAAGO YAHAN SE NAHI TO........" after hearing this he was mentally harresed and as he is a heart patient his BLOOD PRESSURE crossed the limit and he was advised bed rest by Dr.
My came to know that Mr.Narendra Prasad is a local resident of Danapur cantt,so he insulted my father as if he as layman and shown his DADAGIRI.This whole drama is going on for last 0ne year ,I came to know this thing after a long period as I stay out of Town.
So, I kindly request you to look into this matter and take necessary actions against the above bank personals.

Punjab National Branch — staff misbehaves

dear sir/ madame,
my mother had an account with PNB, East of Kailash brach, for almost 20yrs.
recently we went to close the acount for personal reasons. i want to bring to your notice the way the staff of that branch always behaves. this was our second experience. it somehow always happens that noone is willing to attend to you. there are no lines in the bank for anything.last time my mother wanted to transfer my grandad's accnt to hers as he is nomore. he had made her a nominee. but the bank was updating and started harrasing us for taking the money out. and this time when we wanted all our money bk and close it the cashier who is a lady look her own sweet time to release the payment which would be close to an hr!
on top of this she evn misbehaved with my mother saying "thank god a customer like u is going"!! what kind of a bank is this???

Senior Citizen Account — TDS Certificate received for Less amount

Opened Senior Citizen Account No. 110013 in Mumbai GPO which were matured on 12.8.09 after five years. Against Total Interest of Rs.6,75,000/- in Five years TDS deducted Rs.69,389/- but TDS certificate were issued for Rs.65,946/-. Thus I am looser of Rs.3,443/- .

For this my man I visited several times but staff is very rude and does not want to check the details.

Sir,

I have Demand Loan Account No. 181600PC00006531 with PNB, Nehru Nagar, Phagwara branch. In connection with my complaint as mentioned below. I contacted the Customer Care executive to lodge complaint that the staff is misbehaving and harassing the customer as I am requesting the branch officials to let me know the balance amount in my above-mentioned account till 28/10/09. As I have submitted the Payorder for the Demand Loan account to PNB Branch Phagwara. The Branch officials don't provide me the account statement and says that the account statement can not be delivered till the account is closed. What a great joke.

The bank officials say that it will take two or three days in collection of the said Pay-order and the amount will be credited to your account after three days. The bank staff misbehave and harass the customers despite the customers are ready to provide them the complete support.

I request to you to please get the matter resolved on the highest priority. I would have to approach to the consumer court as my amount is not being credited by the bank as per RBI guidelines and customer has been harassed from 10:10 AM.

At the time of closure of account the bank staff woke up that there are this or that shortcoming in your account. The one official direct to other, the other to other and lastly the offcial mark ACFRM AV CRV003002 is short. Go to this person to that person to that person. Then the same process continue. We will see. What to do. When to do. No body knows. Keep on roaming this counter to that counter. This is Core Banking Solution of PNB, Nehru Nagar Branch.

The same process will be faced to get my security receipt of FDR to get back. When I demand Account statement the officials shout at the customer as he has done a great offence. Why not the account statement be delivered to the customer showing up to date balance. In which Bank charter it has been mentioned that the account statement and the balance statement only be delivered to the customer after the clearing of the amount in the account. I was not demanding the clearance of Payorder but only demand the account statement up to date of 28th October 2009 with all debit balance of interst up to date. The bank offcials why not provide account statement.

SUB: PNB NEHRU NAGAR, PHAGWARA’S BRANCH MANAGER CHARGING COMMISSION ON PAYORDER AFTER ADJUSTING LOAN AMOUNT



Sir,

I had appealed to the Branch Manager PNB, Nehru Nagar, Phagwara to adjust my loan account No. 181600PC00006531 that shows debit balance of Rs 40680/-. I requested the Branch Manager to adjust the loan amount with the Pay order No. 483429 of Rs 41598/- on Indian Bank, Phagwara and after getting the credit proceeds from the clearing tomorrow. The rest of the amount kindly be paid in cash or in shape of Pay order to me.

The concerned Branch Manager is reluctant to do the needful and teaching me numerous lessons

1. You can take the proceeds in Savings account only, .

2. On my insistence and on my request that it is under RBI guidelines he says that we shall charge commission on issuance of the Pay order to you.

3. Initially PNB officials don’t want to adjust the amount with the Pay-order.

4. The Bank officials say that the rest of the amount will go to sundries account and I have to pay the charges to get the amount refunded.

Sir, whenever any bank resorts to such a method, it is liable to compensate the consumer as to the mental agony, harassment and humiliation suffered by him. The Bank can not charge even a single paisa in the form of commission to adjust Loan account. The borrower is paying the loan amount, the Bank should not create hurdles in adjusting his loan account.

Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful.

This is NARESH GUPTA[MORAR GWALIOR M.P.] SUBMITTED an application for education loan 15 SEP 2009 & my home lone application submitted in march 2009.but we have not receive any response about my application till date 26/11/2009 .But the bank manager of PNB MORARAGWALIOR/MR VAJPAI[BM PNB] behave so indecently with us.
We are the customer of the bank, and he does not have any rights regarding such ill behavior.
he is not even ready to talk regarding the educational loan showing some absurd reason and telling us to come later, my institute I Business school, INDORE, having tie-up with Pnb India.
so its natural to taking loan from Pnb. But during our several visit with bank manager, all same behavior and indecent talking behavior .Its ridiculous how can a manager would behave, and why he deny us. Not even ready to see the documents.

Do we need to suffer like this or people like us have to suffer ?

I Have To State That I DEV RAJ Ro Village Reond Kalan having an A/c No. 22 since 1983 with your bank. I am an senior citizen.
I have many FD's with your bank branch situated at village Manghania.
I have convaseed in favour of your bank since 26 years. but i am hearted, when i have met your branch manager, he has misbehaved with me and he is not telling about my intrest & TDS certificate.
Inspite of my repeated request but all in vain, branch manager says that it is not my responsibility.

I am holding a Current Account in Union Bank Of India at camp branch city solapur state maharashtra. whenever i went to deposite cash in ubi at modnimb branch taluka mada city solapur state maharashtra the casher told me not to deposite 20 and below denomination. i asked him why he told me that they do't accepet 20 and below denomination. i told the banch manager he give me same resaon. then i complainted to regional office. they call him and told him to accp the cash.then when i went to dep cash the bank manager asked that have u complained to regional office i told y. he got aggree and told me to get out and i will not accp any cash from u.

Punjab National Bank — Misbehavior of bank staff

Sir,
With respect it is to state that I have deposited a cheque of ABN Amro Bank no.xxxx amounting to Rs.5800 in my PNB account No.xxxxxxxx at Sanjay Complex, Agra Branch on 11.03.2010.
When it is not credited in my account, I have contacted the concerned Assistant Manager (Mr. Chaturvedi) and given him all the particulars of my cheque to trace the same. He asked me to show either counter file or passbook. As the same were not available with me, I requested him to verify my photo and signature from bank records and give me the details of my cheque. He misbehaved with me and talked to me very rudely. Ultimately he traced my cheque and told me that your account is in the name of Krishna Kant Mishra and the cheque is in the name of K.K. Mishra, hence it could not be credited and asked me to take it back.
I met to Manager (MR. Bhatia) to sort out the problem and deposit my cheque in my account but he refused to even listen a single word of mine and just said to me that I should sort out my problem with concerned manager only.
Then I met to Senior Manager. He directed me to write a certificate on back side of cheque that K.K. Mishra and Krishna Kant Mishra is the same person and handover the same to Mr. Chaturvedi but he (Mr. Chaturvedi) refused to take the cheque asking that come with two account holders to verify this certificate. After that only the cheque will be deposited.
Ultimately I brought the cheque back and deposited it in my ICICI Bank Account. They treated me with much more respect and regard and assured that there is no problem to credit this in my account.
This is the behavior of your great staff of your great PNB bank.
