[Resolved]  PNB — balance inquiry

PNB — Debit Card not activated after 24 hours

At the time of purchasing online from eBay I put my password wrong thrice and thus the card had been blocked to prevent unauthorized use and was asked to talk to the online customer service. On 7th May, 2011 at about 10 am. I lodged a complaint for the above mentioned and I was informed that it will be activated within 24 hours. But sorry to say that It was not yet activated even after 36 hours. Please look into the matter.

Dear sir,
I am a account holder of punjab national bank since last 2 & half years with acc. no 417200 [protected] and also holding ATM cum Debit card, unfortunatly i am not able to perform online banking through my ATM card. It regrets the transaction. i have made complaints several times but still problem as remain same. plz take some steps regarding this problem.

PNB — complaint regarding the checkbook

My father open account in PNB on 22nd march 2011 for pension. He put request for check book in april and till now he haven't received the check book as bank said it will come by post. Two complaint (customer care & email) has been registered but in vain.

Govt bank when not giving services like private banks then why govt has put their useful work with these banks???????

please direct the safidon branch to close down the acct and hand over the money to the nominee . We have submitted all the documents. You have not asked , what is the matter to branch , then what is use of giving complaint . It is very sad that you at head quater level guiding for RTI . Not solving the pfoblem of custumer.

PNB Sanganeri Gate Bhilwara — regarding loan irregularity

sir, i took loan for my new car i20 from pnb sanganeri gate bhilwara @11.50% for 200000Rs and 35 months .the regarding officer granted it but my first emi was deducted as 7000Rs.emi calculator of pnb on internet showing emi 6753.18Rs.when i visit the loan officer he couldnot satisfy me and told that interest rate are raised now.sir i took loan from sbbj earlier and my emi was fixed throuhout the loan period.kindely reply me. dr. dharmendra kumar pipal

PNB — related to atm

Dear sir,
I, rinki verma, have a saving a/C in panjab national bank (pnb) & also have a atm of pnb and I try to withdraw the maney (rs. 200/-) From oriental bank of commerce atm on 23/05/11 but I did not receive cash due to in screen "atm is temporarly out of service" and when I check my a/C balance after 2 hrs. Then same amt. (Rs. 200/-) had deducted. I complaint to both bank (pnb and oriental bank of commerce ) and also to customer care of pnb then I got a complaint no.55302852. sir, the time period of working days is 12 days but the time is over and give no positive response.
Sir I request to you please return my balance (rs.200) as soon as possible and please inform in my email ID and my contact no.[protected].

PNB — Even after 20 days of written request could not received net banking password

made written request on 25th May 2011 for Re-issue of Net banking password but even after 17 days i haven't received. Then after I made available the courier Dockey number and other details to branch but still the matter is pending no solution has been made so far.

PNB — Poor Customer Service

In one of my transactions, my account has been debited by some amount.I lodge the complain on [protected], C.C.E told me to wait for 45 days .

I call them again on 20-June-11around 11:40 A.M, had word with C.C.E name Sachin,he told me that u were asked earlier to wait for 45 days, when i asked how many days it has been, he replied he don't have time to count the number of days & asked me count own my own.
