Dear sir,
My account no in PNB bank in racecourse Dehradun no is [protected] . I always used my PNB ATM card.
I draw the money from the ATM bank of Maharstra dated 24.5.11 Rs 4000/ but I received money Rs 3600/.
I complaint threw bank PNB MY dokit no 55344149
but not given any information to me about my complaint for any side of the bank tell me what I do for the same thing to get my four hundred rupees I am awaiting your answer.

PNB — Online registration failure
Sir,I am unable to complete the three steps of registration.First is to select picture,which is done,but the second step is to write a phrase,the text field is uneditable so i a, unable to write any,and so i am unable to proceed further.What should i do,please help your valuable costumer.Suggest something please do respond.

Dear Sir/ MadamThis is to bring to your kind notice that 04.06.09 i went to
dispense money(10,000/Rs) from axis bank atm from my a/c no. [protected]
martand pratap. But it didn't dispensed money and the same was deducted (10,000/Rs) form my acc. So, i request you to please do the needful in this matter &
reimburse my amount with interest in my account as soon as possible.Kindly let me know
in how many days my money will be refunded in my account.

PNB — regarding atm inadvertently swapping money
Sub: Regarding debiting of Rs. 10,000(Ten Thousand Rupees) with swapping by debit card on[protected].Madam/Sir,
With reference to the subject cited above, attention is invited towards the matter dated[protected] vide which the undersigned swap his debit card to pay medical bill @ Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) at Balaji Action Hospital, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi but the same had been debited twice from the undersigned account i.e. A/c No. [protected]. These unfortunate incidents reported upon to customer care vide complaint No. 55238372 dated[protected].
But till date the inadvertently debited amount of Rs. 10,000/- has not been credited to the above mentioned account.
Hence, you are once again requested to check the details and do the needful at your end.

PNB — Fake Note
Dear Sir,My Name is Naresh Kumar from panchkula sector 12 A
sir my wife's account is in Punjab National Bank Sector 12 A Branch
on[protected] i withdraw Amount Rs 100000 from Check in my wife's Account
in it there was a fake note of Rs 500/- in the bundle.
Today[protected] when i go to deposit this same amount in ICICI BANK SECTOR 11 PANCHKULA there was a fake note in the SAME bundle
then i go to in PNB branch and told the staff that there was a fake note of rs 500/- in that bundle but they refuse to return.
I just want to told you why i open my account in your branch
in PNB branch's staff there is no idea about fake note. there is no note cheeking machine in this branch the manager also told me that this is not my fault
my question is that to u
1. why there is no fake note checking machine in the bank
2) why the staff have no idea about the fake note.
3) it means some one deposit fake note in pnb bank and the other public will suffer about it.

PNB — ATM PIN not Issued but charged for that
I am working with Bisleri International (P) Ltd. and having a salary account with Punjab National Bank-Kaushambi Branch, U.P.Unfortunately, I forgot my ATM PIN and have requested, in writing, to the Branch for a new ATM PIN on[protected], for which the branch has charged me an amount of Rs. 25/- the same day. But, there's no ATM Pin sent by the bank to me till today Dtd:[protected].
Besides, I personally visited the Kaushambi Branch a number of times for the status of my request for the new ATM Pin but I left with no hope. So, I complained on the Customer Care on[protected] regarding the problem been faced by me. They provided me a complaint number but to no further processings for the complaint have been done till date. Instead, the executive on call suggested me to have a New ATM Card for which Bank will charge me another Rs. 100/-. Does Bankers think that their customers are a fool?
Thereafter waiting for a long time, I called back the Customer Care Dept./Executive on[protected] about the status of my complaint or the ATM Pin request. He again then told me to wait for another 2 days and then check on the status if Pin not received. Today, dtd:[protected], I am fed-up of following all this requests/ complaints made and all the service providing criteria of the Punjab National Bank so I decided to write it with https://www.consumercomplaints.in for some help or suggestions if any.
Please let me know that on what grounds the amount of Rs. 25/- be charged to my account if the Bank don't have to provide the new PIN. And what for my account ATM is if I am not able to access my account through that.
PNB — MONEY NOT CREDITED IN ACCOUNT
RESPECTED SIR/MAM,Myself, SAURABH AGRAWAL, is having a saving A/C (A/C no.- [protected]) in LAUHRABIR branch of VARANASI.
On 13th October 2011, i have done a payment regarding my tuition fees of 192 pound in UK through my debit card (CARD no.- xxxx xxxx xxxx 2925). But i got rebate and they have returned my 123 pound on 21st OCTOBER 2011 and according to their statement (TRANSACTION ID[protected] through NETBANX) it has been credited in my account on 28th OCTOBER 2011. This amount is still not showing in my account.
I have also approached to bank with the problem but they said to contact on helpline no.- [protected]. But their also I got no result. So, please look after my problem and reply me as soon as possible.
