dear sir myself krishn kumar sharma, sir PNB ATM Card has been lost in 9th march, 2011 and my A/C No. is [protected] i want to block this ATM Card and soon the new ATM Card so plz sir urgent my requesting and so plz can u inform me this regarding my cell no. PNB — issue of pin number

This is a general complaint about the behaviour of most of the staff especially women posted in the PNB Sector-27 Noida Branch.This branch is collecting the Govt revenues like service tax, sales tax etc and first week of every month one can see the long que of people from the first floor of the branch to the street through their cramped stairs. If one has to submit the payment then he spents almost 4-5 hours just to deposit the payment challans.
After that you get the paid and stamped challan back from the bank after 7-8 days and one would be lucky if he can find his challan copy from the debris, which bank throw in one corner. This debris is nothing but the paid and stamped challans. These are never kept in the file. When you ask the staff about it, then be ready to face their ire. If you are reacting for their behaviour, then they start shouting and create scene.
When you go to bank Manager, he will simply show his helplessness and cursing his posting at this branch.
Is there anybody listening? Can this staff be sent to some training institute where they can at least be tought some manners?

Sir, Please help because due to this reason i am not able to submit my collage fee. and i am in big trouble.
So many times i had call on customer care of PNB and ICICI but they never give me positive reply, infact i had to call to both bank's branch again and again. they said we can't do any thing.
Please help........... otherwise my college will not allow in exam.
