[Resolved]  Provident Fund Office, Gurgaon — PF

Dear Sir’s,

This is my humble request to clear my PF amount from your Office.

I had work with ACME Telepower Ltd., Gurgaon Since[protected] and left ACME on Aug, 2009.It is stated that I have applied on Form 13 to trasfer my PF amount from my Gurgaon Acc (HR/GGN/26959/1014) to my present PF Acc (HR/KNL/37219/7) but there is no reponse.
Although all my formalities are complete still the issue is pending from Gurgaon PF department, they are not transfering my amount to Karnal PF department.
I have called up my previous Employer regarding the same but they to response that the issue is pending from Gurgaon PF department only. I dont understand why they are stretching this too long without any reasons. I have personally marked mail to Regional PF Commissioner still didn't received any response.

Kindly look in to this matter.

I Pradhiman Krishen Miskeen had applied for my release of PF from Haryana state vide my PF account NO; HR/4293/87; while i was working with M/s Galium Equipment Pvt. Ltd. Gurgaon Haryana; The form has been sent back to me with a remark that the payment ahs been made for this account; could you please investigate who has taken my PF and on who’s account this has been paid. I have never applied for my release of PF for the last 22 years.
The money is very badly required by me at this age.
Please inform me the action taken and the results of the same.

this is Suresh Nadar writting to seek your help in my pf issue. After getting all the papar work done from my company Convergys india ltd where i worked for near about 3 years, i sent my provident fund clearance document to PF office Gurgaon 8th auguest 2009. I was told that it takes about 60 days to get the money but till today it is more than 1 year and nothing has been credited to my account.
therefore i request you to look into the matter .

My PF A/c no is HR/ GGN/25204/51914 and My PF form 19 and 10C have been submitted on 14 Aug 2010 and I have an Acknowledgement copy of the same. But still the money has not been transfered in my Indian Over seas bank in Pune. Kindly let me know by when will it be credited in my A/c. I havent got any update till now.

My P.F. No. is HR/28186/064. My P.F. claim form was deposited on 20th Sep'2010. Kindly intimate on status of P.F. as it has not been deposited into my bank account till date.

My P.F. No. is HR /GGN/29150/669 & I had submitted Form No. 19 & 10C duly filled & signed to M/s. Future Mobile and Accessories Ltd. for onward submission to your good office.

They had deposited the above said claim forms to your good office in the month of June'10.

On following up with your office you had issued us status report on 20/08/2010 showing status "under process".

My name is yankila bhutia, i used to work for convergys gurgaon, had submitted my pf form myself in the gurgaon pf office, but its been 3 months and i have not got any confirmation text like my friends did nor have i got my pf, and when i go online to check the status, it somehow comes up as "form not submitted".Now due to the carelessness of the people working at the office i think i will have to redo it, its damn frustrating, and i completely despise the whole system...

Provident Fund Gurgaon Office — Provident Fund

Hi,

I have registered post all my documents in Gurgaon PF office since November 13, 2010. Its almost three and a half months that I have not received my Provident Fund in my bank account. The fund was for three years and two months. I am seeing advertisements that PF accounts in which no amount is getting deposited will be canceled from April 01, 2011. Please suggest what to do.
