Recharge It Now — amount is deducted but no recharge

I have recharged my mobile vide Order No.R[protected] dt.30.06.2011. But recharge failed payment
is deducted..still now i have not got a refund. So I registered my request but I have no response received. Rs.200.00 is deducted from my account.

Please do the needful in the returning the Amount.

Sir i use all time online recharge last time i recharged my phone by recharge it now.com no [protected] and my transaction id is[protected] by icici bank on 24/02/2012 but till now my phone is not recharge and i also complaint 2 time fist is 25 of feb and second is 29/2/2012 but they have no response, in this condition what should we do pls take any action as soon as possible
