yes, me too facing same problem from rechrge it now.com theyare not responding i applied for Rs. 333 recharge in Tata docomo. they have failed to recharge and promised that money willr e funded in 10 days ., bbut now 30 days have passed, they arenot even courteous enough to get back to us.. authorities pls look int o th issue...

recharged my DTH sundirect dated:[protected] time:09:42:26, but the recharge was unsuccesfull. After checking with my service provider about the balance, it says not credited, than i requested to refund my amount which i recharged through contact us page. So, please consider my complaint regarding this issue and hopeing for the result. Is this online service trustworthy
