my name is Amareswara Reddy venna i recharged my mobile for amount for rs. 50 through www.rechargeitnow.com On dated 2011/05/12 the money was deducted but the recharge was not done.It is not refunded back of deducted amount in HDFC bank account kindly please refund back my deducted amount of rs.50 as soon as possible.

i recharged my mobile number [protected] on 18 August 2010 with 333 topup brouchure. Money was debited from my SBI bank account(SBI transaction reference number IG[protected], but my mobile was not recharged

Rechargeitnow.com — Failed recharge, but money deducted.

I had to recharge my Mobile for GPRS service on Bsnl, I opted for online recharge from this web site. My Mobile No is : [protected], I opted for a recharge of Rs274/- STV. After filling in the details of Credit Card the process started, and finally on the last moment Recharge failed was shown. However the money has been deducted, which is shown on my bill. This was done on 7th of Jan, at 10.13 AM. For complaining this site has noTelephones, No direct Access of any sort, I complained through "contact us" on the site, areply was received on my Email ID that they will start the refund process in three days, if applicable. I had got my recharge done through Bsnl office by paying cash, from pocket, The Refund from above site has not been confirmed nor received in my accounts. On their site itself My account shows all the transaction details, and clearly shows failed recharge, but how they are going to satisfy themselves before making payments I failed to understand.

All this information is in my account itself still I had not received my refund! I expect this website to improve their communication if they are honest, and honour trust. I expect my refund at the earliest, before I am forced to believe of what others have to say, and do what I dont approve of.
I had gone for Escalation request for my refund, this is the email I received in confirmation of the same. Today is 20th, lets hope they call me for clearification of any, and how they propose to Refund, All netizens of India please study my case and then decide to use this portal. If all goes well, I too will forget history and praise this portal for exceptional mistake, let us see!

Finally when I receive my money back is a suspense! I will provide that data to you as well, as things proceed.
Today is 29th of Jan, 11, I had received the above Escalation Email on 15th of Jan, saying my Money will be credited in 1o days time. After Inquiring with the Bank, the officials told me No refund has come from the gate of rechargeitnow as promised. I am beginning to doubt this companies intention now.

I don't know what this forum is about, whether they contact and communicate with the company officials or this is just a paste board. But I would like to tell all my friends doing online transaction to avoid this company, this is a big fraud! and The government as usual is not interested in such matters as vigilance is required for such fraudsters, looting public money with ease! Why don't the site has a Telephone, or Email posted to look after such complaints. Is it not mandatory for sites doing money transactions?. And how is this forum helping us?
