[Resolved]  RechargeItNow — Amount deducted but not recharged

Sir, I am Md. Ali, I recharge my mobile No. [protected] - Reliance GSM but the recharge on 13th May, 2010 through the RECHARGEITNOW.COM with Rs. 100/- through HDFC net banking. But the recharge was not done though the amount of Rs. 100/= debited from my bank. I made complain to them as per online form vide track ID- [protected] but no response. I would Alert to all not to use this SITE for recharging otherwise they will lose money as I have lost. I shall request you to take stern action against this site accordingly.

i have recharged through this 'rechargeitnow.com' for my Sun direct on 9-5-10 for Rs. 130.. amount was deducted but, recharge was not done... i was in hurry, so i tried once more, but the result was same.. I hve posted complaint on the same day.. Still i havent received any feedback from them... My money is neither refunded nor recharged...

Without knowing all this, my brother again tried to recharge for his Aircel mobile on 18th of may... Even the same happened... He forgot to note down the Order ID so tat to lauch a complaint...(the condn is even worse...)

I heard its a cheating portal site... But i trusted them and used it for urgency... But they proved to be so... and i repent for it and suggesting al my frnds not to use it anymore...

i am a registered member of rechargeitnow.
In recent past i had bad experience wrt recharge of my mobile.

I have 4 failure transactions for which i have not received the refund yet.
According the the policy mail that i have received it should have been settled within 2 days from transaction date.
I am still waiting for the refund to happen..
