Yes I agree for all,
I do have same exp with Redtape still Issue is open, I baught a shoes from Mirza International shoes in Pune. there was a Problem and Defect in a designing of a Shoe and I did not use it, I returned it to the shop, the funny part was there was no Phone number of the shop, where we shold call, all the way 20 Km I travelled to show them and talk to them, they agreed the mistake and they took it back and they committed to give me same shoes in 3-4 days, but 15 days no one turned upthey did not take my number also to inform me about the status, I used to call every day no was responding properly,
One fine day they told me Production of the shoe is stopped, as a Manufacturing company they inform all the delers and outlets in advance about the stop in production its not they take decision on one day,
I talked to comapny marketting Officials in Delhi now they are forcing me to take a model which I do nto like and I spent so much money on phone and travelling and all. I do not know How this company operates?
Communication flow is not proper and they are putting customer in trouble,
basic consumer things say the contact number in case any problem in goods customers can call, that only is missing in bill and later Service is ZERO, company officials behaves like they are doing Favour to me. we are paying for there products they forgotten I think.
Looking forward to aolve my Issue and company never stop the production with short notice to the delears.
Can any one suggest me how I can approch to get my justice...

I Purchase one Shoe of RED TAPE MARK on 08-01-09 under memo no lg2/0013227 date 08-01-09 from Rita Wears Lawrence road Sarthe said shoe is cracked from the front the side. I have used the said shoe only 4 months only in the month Jan, Feb, Nov & half of dec 2009; it shows the poor quality of your shoe. Please exchange me the fresh shoe in place of the defected one, hopping for an early reply & action.
