[Resolved]  Red Tape Shoes — DEFECTED SHOES

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased a pair of RED TAPE shoes from the factory outlet placed in parel, mumbai on 03-01-09, the same is cracked from the front the side within 3 days of its use. Please help me getting the shoes exchanged in place of the defected one,
