I have purchased a pair of sport shoes (Make REEBOSS) costing Rs. 912 from the showroom of Inder Footwear Lal Banglow kanpur 07.
He had given warranty of 6 months for the same shoes. The date of purchase as per his bill is 24/12/2011 and today itself that is on 15/04/2012 the shoes are broken and shop keeper is not replacing the shoes. He is telling that i will send your shoes to the company and wait for their replacement.
What time it will take i dont know. I there fore request you to please look into my case and do the need full for me. Shopkeeper is not providing his contact number.
