I m ex employee of accenture, i have asked to transfer the PF from the past employer to my present employer. The process initiated 02.11.2007 in the PF office.

Re; Start of My Pension

My Self is Rajni Kapoor and was retired on 2nd Nov. 2010 from Allied Publishers Private Limited New Delhi having its registered Office at 15 J N Heredia Marg Ballard Estate Mumbai 400001 and they have deposited my Form No. 10 D of MH 4357 /182 with all the required documents and the same was also acknowledged by your Office on 24th Dec. 2010. But my pension has still not started as yet. I want to know how much time it will take to start as it has already more than 18 months have passed after my retirement.

You are therefore requested to please let check and let me know the delay of start of pension.

With Reference to above subject I have submitted here with Form no 19 and 10-c PF Claim on 14/02/2011.and all required documents submitted with PF Form. I was working for Reliance BPO PVT.LTD From 2010 to 2011 in Address : Koparkhairane. Navi Mumbai – 400709.

I have applied for PF withdrawal from Reliance BPO PVT.LTD for which company (Reliance) has submitted the forms to RPFC office for further processing on 30/05/2011.

I have tried calling many times for the RPFC Bandra office numbers, but there is no proper response else they will keep the line on hold for hours together, which is really worst..

What is the current status of same and when can I expect the amount would be credited to My A/C. I am waiting your earliest response. Please do the needful to get it done as early as possible.

Query Raised Date To LearningMate = 17-July-2020

I have raised my query to LearningMate but it is still not yet resolved. I raised my query on 17-July-202 but I have not received any response from the LearningMate.

One of the employee from LearningMate who is looking into this matter. She has just forwarded my concern to LKNConsultant. After around 30 to 35 day of concern raised they told me to lodge grievance according to them I have lodged grievance and attached response received from the grievance team.

After that LKN Consultant person has provided format (Shared in attachment) to LearningMate person in mail (see attached image).

Even after sending continuous reminder to LearningMate person she is not responding to my email.

Now it is almost 65 days passed but still I have not received any feedback email from LearningMate.

Requesting you to look into the above mentioned matter.
