[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Caller tune code i want

Reliance Communications — Sending the Bills even when I have disconnected the phone 3 months back. At the end there is a court notice to deposit the money.

I took a reliance broadband Connection. The sales person told me that if you will disconnect the broadband connection within 5 days you will not have to pay any money. I had taken the connection on Saturday and disconnected that on Monday. I called up Reliance Customer Care several times about this and at the end they disconnected it and had taken the instrument with them. Then every month the reliance bill is coming to my house. Everyday there are three to four calls from them. Now they have send the court notice for the bill. I have got receiving from them that they have taken the instrument back.

Please help me in this regard.

Reliance Modem — Modum

Dir My Name is Aashkar Mohd Khan Tarin I am using your phone since last 3 years no. [protected] for internet and call both. before 4 month Brijest kumar come from Moradabad Head office and offer me a new Modem free of cost for 6 month free subscription round the clock which one no. is [protected]. And tell me for Rs. 3300 for that bill in advance. He give me one year home guarantee for that one also. After using about 2 month that modem got problem. I call to Brijest for that problem. He says U come to Moradabad at head office of Reline with excuses to not reached soon to Sambhal that is distance from MOradabad to Sambhal is about 40 Km. I go there he check the modem and says that modem is getting problem I will repair that one or changed within three working days. Since that mean 04/05/ 08 till today He have call to me 2 time to Moradabad but he don’t returned me my modem every time he give me a new excuses. Now today he threat to me also that I can’t give U your modem don’t call me stupid basted.

Reliance Communications — rude cutomer care and cheating

Hi, I have recharged my cell with 496 Jadu pack on 4th june, which is supposed to have free STD and Local (Reliance to reliance ) for 30 days. its has 30 days validity but only for calls. Normal validity of my cell was expiring on 9th june and everyday i am getting sms for reliance so recharged with 95rs for lifetime validity, so i recharged it for normal validity. afterthat i have called a reliance no. its free they have deducted 150 rs. and when i called customer care, these people say ' if you want to get that service RIM to RIM free you have to again recharged with 496 jadu pack. and they were so rude that they even not bothered to answer me .. Kindly help me

From past few weeks my balance is reducing unreasonably. constumer care says its thrid party sma and they cannot do anything and the number they have given to deactivate the service is a STD number which is never replied.

and my balance is reducung unreasonably everyday. this mobile has become a pain in .

Reliance Communications — Number still not activated

I logged a request to activate my phone number on June 16, 2008. And my number is still not activated. When I contact customer care of reliance they say that I need to contact the web world from where I logged that request. And when i go to Reliance Web World(Sector-18 noida) they say that your number will be activated in 3 hours. Its been 4 days and my phone is still not activated. Reliance Web world is 6 Km from my office and they do not give their phone number to customers.

Reliance Communications — tariff suddenly close to working

hallo sir,

Whenever we go for complaint to the nearest web world they provide us the duplicat copy of the same.
where as my requirment is of the Original bills, as our account department accept the original copy of the bills only.

I am Reliance coustmer last 5 year. earlier i used to use Prepaid plan but last 2 year i am using Postpaid. My due date of bill is 2.3.4 in every month. but i am unable to deposit my bill on this date so please extend my Due date after 10 every month. it will be convinient for me your company also. so please extend my due date as soon as possible.
