Reliance Communications — Services Discontinued without Prior Information

We had purchased a Reliance Mobile Connection [protected] with Name of India Advantage Securities Ltd. Jaipur with 9 Other Numbers in Corporate Plan in Jan-2010.

Before 15 Days the Services of this Number had been Discontinued by Reliance without any prior notice or without any any strong reason. When we are paying continue monthly bill of the above connection than how can Reliance discontinue our number. We coordinate with reliance Sales Person regarding same than he says that the services are discontinued due to non uses. Let us know how Reliance Communication can discontinued the services due to non uses. When we required we can use our Reliance Mobile number otherwise we will not use.

Although we are paying monthly recurring charges to reliance communication continuously. This policy is not fare and not mentioned in CAF that is we had signed also not mentioned in TRI rules.

We also mail all matter to reliance customer care and talk to customer care but till date nobudy answerable to us.

hello, i am harsha chouhan a reliance smart subscriber. my complaint is regarding setting of caller tune every month and amount of rs 30 has been deducted instantly in the name of setting caller tune which i have not requested to set. please take some action against practices by the reliance communication.

Reliance Communication - Pre - Paid Mobile — Change Of Tariff Plan not allowed by company

My Mobile No. is [protected]. I am a 'Reliance' customer since 29.11.2003,when the Tariff Plan was Rs.1.99/min. On 15.12.2004 I paid Rs.349/- part of which was to shift me to Rs.1/-min. Plan.Subsequently, I paid Rs. 48/- on 22.10.2009 to shift me to 50p/min plan. On 5.2.2010 , I changed to 1p/Sec. Plan thinking that SMS Charges will be 1-2 P (as SMS goes in 1-2 sec). However, I found that SMS charges were 50p/SMS. I was therefore not happy with this plan and I wanted to go back to 50p / Min Plan, for which I had already paid the charges earlier. I therefore requested Reliance on 12.2.2010 (i.e. within 7 days) to change my plan back to 50p / Min as before , immediately.
Reliance agreed on e-mail on 12.2.2010 itself and asked me to pay Rs.3/- recharge at their retail outlets to shift me back to 50p/min.I went to Reliance World-Mulund on 13.2.2010 for Rs.3/- recharge , which they could not do it (due to system cannot take it). Since then I have been asking them to debit Rs.3/- from my pre-paid balance and shift me to 50p/min plan. Till today they just went on giving some answers to my follow-up mails. Today they said 'it is not possible to shift me back to 50p/min' without giving any reason.
Is it not curbing consumer's right to choose tariff plan,how can they refuse to shift me back , when I am ready to pay their charges of Rs.3/- over and above already paid Rs.48/- earlier and not asking for return of Rs.58/- paid for 1p/sec. plan without making use of it.
I am a senior citizen and this mentality of Reliance put me into mental agony for which I should really ask for compensation from Reliance!

Reliance — GSM Connectivity problem

I purchased a GSM sim of Reliance. but my that sim , we can't dial any MTNL Trump mobile number.

I had complaint to customer care of Reliance, but not a proper respond to me.
