[Resolved] Reliance GSM Services — UNNECESSARY CHARGES | |||
Reliance GSM : Same problem going on since one week....... Still same problem going on, co. deducting Rs. 2, unnecessarily from my balance. Mobile No. [protected]. i tried 5 to 6 time on 198 & *333, but all customer care executives are busy. till 8 to 9 minutes no response from C C & i have to cut the call. I want to know for what they deduct the amount, Let me know the cause. But this is too much, Now thinking to use MNP & switch over to Vodafone or Uninor. Was this information helpful? | |||

sir,I have a compalin about the sms services .I subscribe your Rs. 14 [one Rs.rental per day] sms sevices.Because of the occasion of diwali your company declair the black out day but after this you charge today one rupee from my account You charge unauthorize charges from my account on the black out day.Please do the best possibilites another I give a complian in a consumer court.

Reliance GSM Services — Reversal of SMS charges
dear sir,i m using a reliance gsm connection no. [protected] (kolkata circle) since last 4 year. some days back i had refill a SMSPACK in my no. the service was going fine in which u can send 500 daily sms everyday till 13th april . reliance co. debited my a/c with rs. 67 .after the compalin was made on14th april.the executives told that it was wrongly by mistake debit from the my a/c for sms charges and it will be reveresed in 72 hr. after 72 hr. still the money has not been reveresed from there side.
so kindly do the needful.
