[Resolved]  Religare Race Pro Online Trading Account — Irresponsible behaviour and no response no refund for reliance power ipo applied online

i had applied for Reliance Power IPO through Religare's Racepro account online.
since i did not get any news about allotment or refund of the money, when contacted Religare customer care executives just said that it beteen Karvy Consultants Hyderabad and us and they have nothing to do with the issue.
whereas the money was transfered by Religare from our online trading account with Religare, Religare wanted to wash its hands off any responsibility in addressing the issue of refund not happening even till today 26th Feb.
then when we persisted few days later they said that it will happen on its own in a few days.
all our emails to [protected]@religare.com, [protected]@religareonline.com, [protected]@religareonline.com went unanswered.
finally we got one link of m/s karvys web site which needed the application number and related details to show the status of our application. here too the emails from religare gave us not suffecient data to approach m/s karvy on our own.
when we again contacted the customer care executives they just said that they know nothing and we need to talk to the IPO department. when we did that we got irresponsible answers like 'even i have not yet got a refund', later we contacted Mr Mukesh a so called Area Sales Manager and he too took a while to get back only to give us an empty promise that he has spoken to m/s karvy hyderabad and the refund will happen in two days. its ten days later now that nothing has happened yet.
we got one email from customer care saying that the pay order has been sent to us but this too is a bluff.
i wonder how an organisation based in Delhi, can shamelessly operate in Mumbai without any body responsible to handle customers complaints. the most shocking thing is that the customer care executives when questioned why they do not reply to emails say that they have no authority to communicate to customers by email. they just read the mails and sleep on the issues. I HAVE NOT SEEN SUCH A DISGUSTING ORGANISATIONAL CULTURE EVER. require advice from one and all on how to get back my money from these ruthless .

I have applied for trading online on the basis of assurances given by Indusind bank. But to my get surprise, even after encashing in advance a cheque of Rs.3,500/-, the officer/marketing persons of Religare are behaving like a king. They do not feel shame on
eating hard earned money. Even they are fooling the Bank officers of Indusind bank. On 25th Feb, I was assured by the marketing persons of religare that I will receive Welcome Kit within 2 days. Even After not receiving the same till 4th March, 2008, I contacted again. To my great surprise, I was told that there are deficiencies in My Application. When I approached Indusind bank and told them that If religare finds any deficiencies in the application, then let them refund my hard earned money of Rs.3,500/-. I was then assured by indusind bank officer that they will take up the matter with religare. Even then the shameless marketing persons of Religare didn't find it necessary to have latest update on my Application status. May god save other innocent people from these religare people.
Can anyone share their experience of trading with religare
also would like to know abt their charges

I have applied for D-Mat account from religare in March 2008. But still there is no positive response.
Pls dont open an account with religare as they r the worst service provider in this category. I have applied for a demat account and it took 45 days to activate my account. my money struck with them 45 days. Whenever i do trading i am getting n number of errors which i didn't get a proper solution from their customer service executives. So i will rate them 1 out of 5. So pls dont open an account with Religare.

Religare — non-refund of advance and loss due to reliance power

I had paid Rs. 2500 upfront brokerage which was adjustable with brokerages generated on the transactions.

As they could not provide the required service (like, late processing of transactions, late remittance of fund etc.) I have closed my account and asked for refund of my balance upfront brokerages. Firstly they agreed to refund but afterwards they denied to refund the amount.

I had been alotted 17 reliance power shares thro IPO. On the day of listing, I asked them to sell at around Rs. 500 but they have denied to sell due to technical problem. Today the rate is around Rs. 100. They should bear this loss as they only are responsible for technical problem.

Dear Friends, Thank you for your comments. I was planning to open an account with Religare as their brokerage is minimum in comparison with ICICI, HSBC, Sharekhan. But now I will not open account.

My Name Sumit Saurabh. I traded 2000 shares of Vijaya Bank with the pirce Rs. 41.65/share on 13/08/2009 in intraday.While at the end of day i got message on mobile from Religare Vijaya Bank, Buy 4000 shares at 42.49 and sell 4000 shares at 42.20.

I have not purchased 4000 shares. | purchased only 2000 shares with the price of 41.65/share and sold at 41.90/share. There is difference in number of share as well as in prices I purchased and sell. The whole day it was showing in positive in Net Position in BPL.

I need detailed description of it.

1 .Since you are charging interest on Delplus Transactions It will be more usuful & benificial to the clents if you allow repayment period for 10 days instead of 4 days
2. All the reports shoul be accessible 24 hours like the other service providers
3. Transaction SMS should contain all the days transactions instead of asking for another request on sms. As the same is causing delay & wastage of two more SMSes on both sides.
4 .Transaction Reports Should include Name of the script instead of giving code only

My client ID N224005 and my Demate account with Rajasthan Bank.I am doing traing from September smoothly on old programe but from last month racepro new programme i am facing too much problems which i mention below and i complaint to my RM and your Head office they say we are working on that but 20 days passed away no response
1. When i Buy my shares on cash and if i will not sale them 1or 2 days before share will transfer to my demet account and when i will sale it will allocate but in new programme on that page it show that DPID not maped and i am not able to sale now tell me how i can do the trading
so it is big problem i am loosing too much in that shares

I would like to bring to your notice about cheap service provided by religare and Indusind bank d-mat online accound.i had opend in kerala a d-mat online accound being indusind bank customer.wen ever i go to bank there executives donot know what to product is and they give me Shankerlal named persons number, When ever i call him he says he is in a meeting indusind excutives and religare embloyees donot know how to operate the accound.i wonder how an organisation based in kochii, can shamelessly operate in malappuram without any body responsible to handle customers complaints. the most shocking thing is that the customer care executives when questioned why they do not reply tophone calls say that they have no authority to communicate to customers by phone. they just take the call and tell im busy and sleep on the issues.
