Sir, I bought a romy sewing machine from above mentioned shop on 26-10-2011 with the 1 year warranty. Since then i am frusted and helpless because The machine is not working properly. the shopkeeper is not supported to fix the problem or not changing the machine. I went to meet the shopkeeper many times with my machine but he took the machine for the period of 2-3 months and get me back as conditioned as i left with him. When i went to go for purchasing that machine the shopkeeper showed various features about that machine but now he is deny to accept whatever he said that time. Warranty period about to finished. pl help me and others customer who are going to getting frauds.
