SAMSUNG - MICROWAVE — POOR SERVICES

The microwave oven purchased started peeling off paint. This was noticed by the company's service person and advised for complaint registration. The same was prpmtly done. Then the problems started. First they took a photograph. They agreed that they will collect required details from the dealer. Nothing happened for 15 days and we were waiting for the replacement. When called to service office, they shot back that we have not given original invoice. That was done but they found that the bill, printed on a computer printer, had last two digits of the year not printed. Again no feed back but only when we called up to check status, we learnt that nothing is done in the matter.

If it was the case like earlier when dealers were handling the complaints, the dealer in one step would have seen the defect and promptly replaced the defective peace. Company like SAMSUNG is wasting time in such silly points and creating trouble for the consumers. I will not be surprised if they come back after three months delay and say that the guarantee period is over so pay for the repairs !

When a manufacturing defect is identified by the company's representative, why they should bother for when it was purchased. In the bill they have the serial number of the product and it can be easily traced down when the piece was manufactured, supplied to dealer and how old the piece is. Or they do nat have check list from the dealers that a specific piece was sold onwhich date? In that case they should give the authority to the dealers for taking decision about the defects and take proper action.

Beliving in the big name, we are suffering for three months even after purchasing an appliance from a leading dealer in the city like Baroda. Will the concerned authorities look in to cases like this where market leader companies are just harrasing consumers for no fault and trying to pass down a defective piece to the consumer?

Samsung Microwave — non violence of warranty rules and non performance

i am writing in the reference of Samsung microwave. I purchased samsung microwave last year november 2008. but in june 2009 it got messed up means its not working well. i purchased it from the dealer of samsung in MIRZAPUR. I complaint it on samsung website .They sent a man from allahabad on end of that month . He said the circuit is not working well and take the microwave with him . but from that time and he is not giving us right answers.. we are facing a lot of trouble from that. so as u can see from last 3 or 4 months we are getting back our microwave . and not getting legal answers ..

please kindly help me of this ...

Samsung Microwave — NON-FULLFILMENT OF COMITTMENT

I have purchased Samsung Microwave this Diwali from Authorised center of Samsung and it was told to me that a microwave dinner set will be given as gift from company.
After I made payment it was told to me that gift shall be delivered after 3-4day since supply is less.

even after 15-17days of purchase , showroom is not giving any gift as it was not supplied by Company.

I havent seen the height of faithfulness of Samsung so far.. I felt that no one should purchase any Samsung product,

Samsung Microwave — taking full payment and not giving start up kit and dinner set as promised in writing within 10 days

i had purched 1 samsung microwave from reliancemart jodhpur(rajasthan) on 31.10.2009.when they showed the product i was told that startup kit and a dinner set was also given with that microwave.after i made the full payment i aws told that startup kit of samsung macrowave and dinner set is out of stock.when i wanted my money back the sales incharge assured me that within 10days these will be delivered to me and this was given to me by them in writing.since then i m continuosly contacting relincemart for these two things but no response. i have sent my complaint to their customerservive complaint email address but they are even worse.no response.please help.my cell no is[protected]

Samsung Microwave — Extremely poor customer service

I have raised a complaint with Samsung Service centre- Phone #30308282 . Complaint#[protected] on 26th June, 2010. The expectation was set to have the microwave serviced eithin 10day. However upon repeated follow ups, still no body has attended to the complaint. Every time I call and get a false promise. How long India consumers will keep getting cheated by these merchants. The servide engineer who contacted me earlier have stopped accepting my phone calls also. This is his number:[protected]. I have most of my home appliances from Samsung however have decided to not go for Samsung appliances in future.

Samsung Microwave — do not know the usage of the product

i have purchased one microwave oven back 8 months installation has been done very next day but till today we do not know how to make different dishes in limited time. what shall i do.
Can i get some assitance on how to use it from ur people or can i get a demo on how to use the product.
this is a very bad product that i have not given a receipie book with microwave oven that cost 11000 thousand bugs so please kindly do the needfull at the earliest

Samsung — Samsung microwave - poor Quality and service

I bought a Samsung microwave (C103FL) in 2005 from Jain Traders in Thane. In 2009 / 10, there was a problem with heating and the representative resolved it (after charging heavily)

Again the same problem occured in 2011. Service rep came multiple times, said that he suspects the PCB is gone. One day the same rep called me when I was in office and told me that the part has arrived and he will replace.

When I came from office, I came to know from my mother that the rep did come and said that the PCB is gone and the problem cannot be resolved as Samsung doesn't support the model available with me.

I talked to seniors in Samsung, they also confirmed that they cannot replace the board.

Two cocerns:
1. Quality of the oven
2. Support

It appears that Samsung is not concerned about the customers' inconvience.

I would like to know the solution for the problem. I cannot afford to throw the oven and buy a new one.

I HAVE ORDERED FOR 20 LTR SAMSUNG MICROWAVE FOOD PROCESSOR ON 9-8-11.FIRST THE COMPANY I.E.HOMESHOP 18 TOOK FULL PAYMENT ON 20-8-11 AND DELIVERED A WRONG PRODUCT ON 26-8-11 MICROWAVE OF IFB MADE ALTHOUGH INVOICE ACCOMPANNIED THE PRODUCT WAS FOR SAMSUNG MICROWAVE.COMPANY WAS IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED AND ONE MR GUPTA RESPONDED TO.HE ADVISED TO RECEIVE THE PACKET AND ASSURED TO DELIVER THE RIGHT PRODUCT BY 02-09-11 AND LIFT THE WRONG PRODUCT BY THE SAME COURRIER MAN.BUT TILL NOW NOTHING HAS HAPPENED.THE DIFERRENT EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY ARE SAYING DIFFERENT THINGS OVER PHONE BUT DOING NOTHING TO OUR COMPLAINT.THEY SHOULD FIRST DELIVER MY PRODUCT FOR WHICH I PLACED MY ORDERS AND THEREAFTER LIFT THE WRONG PRODUCT. Dea Sir,
I have a microwave oven which has been purchased from Doha Qatar 6 years back . Now its touch pad is not working and I approached sour service centre at Palakkad, Kerala, India.They told me that the touch pad was totally damaged and I had to replace it but the part was not available in India and I had to approach some ware in Gulf. At present I have no connection in gulf.
The model no which they have given me is showing below.
MS 83 HC E/XSG.
Kindly advise me where I have to approach for repairing.
