[Resolved] Samsung / Mobile Headset (Sch - S239) — mobile not working properly | |||
Sir / Madam, I have purchased new mobile handset SCH-S239 (CDMA) on last friday (11/03/2011).Along with the handset I have purchased the Bluetooth headset (HM100) . I am able to make outgoing call nicely with the blue tooth headset but some time the device creates problem with incoming calls. I have tried to listen the songs via blue tooth but couldn't succeed. When the same device paired up with the nokia handset then the same device working absolutely fine. E.g I was able to listen the music and can make the incoming and outgoing calls nicely through the blue tooth headset. It is also observed when some data tried to get through blue tooth from other's company mobile (LG, micromax) than the my mobile handset (SCH-S239) was shut of for a moment and restart at its own. The same happened as many time as I tried to get data from other mobile. But It was getting data from Samsung to samsung headset nicely. Please suggest whether any setting issue or the software bug. Samsung — headset is not working properly
i hv purchased samsung star superb mobile set from you but the headset is not working properly so plz replace it.
