[Resolved]  Samsung Sch I559 — No R-World or Internet packages

Dear Sir/Madam..

My name is Mr. Thomas Samuel, residing in Mumbai..

Two months before I have purchased Samsung Galaxy Pop CDMA Model no. SCH- I559.

I have put a new OMH simcard of Reliance...From the time I have purchased it is not useful for Internet service with a monthly packages. The reason is, there is no R-World function in this mobile for which I'm unable to access at all. If at all I open then more money gets deduct..Neither the Reliance web world is helping nor the Samsung service center..

To find with some other CDMA card I have tried with TATA Indicom simcard but again through this card I'm unable to access because all the time the error is coming "please check the Internet settings", where as all the setting is on. For this problem when I consulted Tata galary they too dont have proper answer..

I have purchased this mobile with great excitement thinking that the best CDMA mobile has come..but there is no satisfaction at all

My permanent no is Reliance card.. [protected]..

Therefore I humbly request you to help me out with this problem and please please show me the way to get solution to access the Internet through Reliance Internet packages..

Reliance CDMA — not able to access mobile world

my phone no is [protected].im not able to access reliance mobile world since march 09(message comes "unable to retrieve catalog.Please try later (534)". i had registered complaint through reliance costomer care with registration no 93780856 on 3rd april 09. they tried a lot and finally told me to approch nearest web world. i met people at dabagarden branch vishakhapatnam. without even seeing the set the told me its a problem in your mobile set.finally checking other sim in the set(which was working fine) they took the complaint and after 5 months iam still waiting for their action.
My mobile has same problem. Few months back it was working in the same mobile but not working now.
Has anyone got the solution????????????????????

samsung sch-i559 — mobile not working

dear sir,

i purchased one samsung mobile model no:sch-i559, rs.9200/- at 28/05/2011 m/s.sharma enterprises, no:26-c,venkata peruma street,erode-1. my mobile was not working i will complaint to samsung authorised service centre more than 3 times. they are change the software then inform to me it will working well. but still my mobile not working condition. i will complaint toll free complaint no:[protected] at 22.06.2011. i request you to please change my mobile or replace my cash. my mobile is not working properly. i will effect to loss of my contacts. i hope to your kind co-operation.

Same probleme here.

I had same problem. I switched to tata indicom, but had a message " check network settings "
So I went to tata indicom office in pimpri. They has wrongly supplied me OMH card costing 100 rs which is made for new connection.
They replaced it with rs49 hand set change card . then the PRECHANGE pin number smsed to the number mentions on the instruction set. you get sms in return and need to call *228 then do the procedure as told. But again the internet did not work .
The tata indicom guys took my complaint and sent me sms on complaint number . Then with in 24 hrs the internet started and EVDO channel came on.
Now I enjoy internet with Rs94 plan with Tata Indicom
Problem first, now ok
I am also facing same problem with reliance cdma connection,

My ays no solution only wast of mo eywife has given me samsanp SCH-I559 android version 2.2.1 baseband version I559DDED05 and its a corporate plan every employ in my company hv corporate plans through diffrent mobile and most of the. have reliance and when i approched reliance for my net cononnection they tell me tocontact web world and get ome card i did then they said to contact my corporate rm from reliance but from last 15 days no solution wast of mon
ey plZ help to start net in my mobile.
