[Resolved]  SBI Mobile Banking — unsuccessful mobile top up

Sir,I sent a request for top up of 50/- for my vodafone mobile no:[protected].The request was accepted for payment vide Tid=[protected]. The amount was deducted from my primary account. Further got a SMS for successful transaction vide Tid=[protected].But I didn't get any balance in my mobile account. on 8th Aug,The same thing happened while recharging again for top up of 50/- to this no,the amount was deducted without getting any balance.I also sent the problem through SBI feedback but there was no result from them yet. So please help me and do the needful.

Sir ji mera account num [protected] hai mai 786 karecharge two time kia mera recharge dono time failed ho gaya or mera1572 rupes balenc kat gaya hai . 1st time tid[protected] 2nd time tid[protected] Please sir ji reversed soon my 1572 rupes amount

regarding mobile top up — recharge top up issue

My mobile number is-[protected](M.P)
I am using this connection since 1 year.I had transfer Rs 100 through mobile banking on date-22/08/2009 but that day we got only Rs 1.Again i did the transaction trough mobile on date-30/09/2009 for Rs.100(Transaction id-[protected]) but same balance we got,i did again 3rd transaction of Rs.50 through mobile banking(transaction id-[protected]) but i havnt got any balance.I am facing this problem since 2 months.Kindly check and resolve my issues, and credit my balane in my mobile.

Vodafone — Vanish of my mobile account balance

Dear Sir / Madame,

My vodafone mobile number is [protected].

My mobile account balance has gone without my knowledge. I didn`t make any outgoing calls or any out going messages and was not out of station.

Please let me know the reason and get back my mobile account balance immediately.

I send a request of mobile top up of r.156/~ using sbi mobile banking on 9.12.2010 at 12.51am. Also got the confirmation sms bearing Tid.[protected].money was deducted from my account although recharge was not successful.i'm using airtel network and my no is [protected].
pls do the needfull and guide me about the necessary steps to get back my money.

I send a request of mobile top up of r.100 /~ using sbi mobile banking on 21-Dec-10 at 08.51pm. Also got the confirmation sms bearing Tid.MB[protected].money was deducted from my account although recharge was not successful.i'm using aircel network and my no is [protected].

Further got a SMS for successful transaction vide Tid=[protected].But I didn't get any balance in my mobile account. on 25th jan 11, I also sent the problem through SBI feedback but there was no result from them yet. So please help me and do the needful.

BSNL — Amount Debited but balance didn't get in mobile

I am Bhupender Singh Chauhan working with CPMFs and presently posted in Assam recharged my prepaid BSNL mobile ([protected]) with Rs. 100 through my BSNL debit card on 01/03/2010. Rs. 100 debited from my bank account but amount didn't credited to my mobile account.

On 3rd december 2012 i have sent a request for mobile top up of Rs.198/- network is tatadocomo. i have received the messege as recharge successful with the tid.[protected] and my a/c was debited for the same but i have not received the top up balance for my mobile [protected].please refund my amount to my a/c no.[protected] or how should i get my amount refunded can u please send me a mail or make a call on behalf of this. my email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

...
thats why i call the customer care he say me u have to go home branch and complaint
for it...
than i m complaint by the written at[protected] ...its Ticket number is om[protected]
customer care say its resolve in 10 day after 10 day i m again calling and compalint
again to my problem it Ticket number is PT[protected]


so PLZ resolve my problem and give 102 amount in my account ..
