Snapdeal — Fraud

My name is Swapnil Jain and i had recently purchased money saver prime discount card from the snapdeal and they mentioned "The card is valid for 1 year" but it isn't right, after the payment they shown the expiry date. i.e.1st march 2011 and i also visited the website regarding that but i can't find the expiry date.
Please help me

I purchased nivia shoes from snapdeal 40days ago! I got them after 15 days. I got bad quality product. I returned the product back to them.Snapdeal is not ready to compensate and refund. Please help me

No Delivery & Refund

I had placed the order for nikon dslr camera on dated 19/06/2016 & order no is [protected]. I had received my order on dated 287/06/2016. But i had received used product instead of new one. So i had placed the request for refund and courier product to your warehouse in jaipur. But my request for refund declined and refused to give me the reason for declined of my complaint. Then i had received a call from snapdeal social media deptt, they told me that your request for refund has been accepted and refund will initiate soon. But today on 09/07/2016, i had received a call again from social media deptt, he told me that your request for refund has been declined or your product hadn't return back. But sir now i hadn't product or my money. Sir it is my humble request arrange my refund in my credit card back or return back my product as soon as possible because i am facing a lot of problem or harassed a lot.

Snapdeal in India having very bad image on customer care point of view. Never supports to their customer while product found defective and guarantee/warantee problems. The company only telephonically assures to the customer not in practically. I am also struggling with Snapdeal for last One Year for consumer rights.

My experience was very very bad with snapdeal. They never accept their fault. After all Customer is the sufferer.

My appeal to all please avoid their attractive advertisements specially during festivals.

Dear Snapdeal Team, I have no words to express my grievances with you. Really it was very bad experience with snapdeal. Snapdeal as well as manufacturer Micromax harassed me lot. I lost my money, lost my trust on snapdeal, time, reputation and technology obsolescence etc. Still my mobile is lying with the service center since Dec.2015. There is no humanity at all. Every ones intention is how to loot the public money by misguiding customers with false assurances. There is no such service care management by snapdeal as per E-Commerce Business guidelines.

Now Snapdeal's legal expert stated that Snapdeal has no third party liability and it is a common platform to sell & buy of products only. Snapdeal are not providing any guarantee and warantee etc directly to their customer. Our IT Act not so much strong.

My request to all online customer is to be careful from snapdeal at the time of placing orders. If any thing promised by the customer care of snapdeal, please keep it audio recorded stored in your mobile and keep all papers with you in care i.e. advertisements, bills, payment methods etc. for future requirements.

Aggrieved by such act of snapdeal & Micromax, I filled a consumer complaint with CDRF - X, Udyog Sadan Delhi for redressing my grievances.

Item not delivered and wrong information updated by snapdeal .No attempt to deliver but they have updated that Undelivered (Reason - Consignee requested for future delivery ) + Undelivered (Reason - Address Unlocatable).Then now when i track i find that an attempt was made to deliver my product and i was not found !! BS . no attempt was made, i received no call if there was any confusion with my address. They have updated this just to hide their incompetence.This is just unacceptable!! i sent the mail to snapdeal customer care again & again for Urgent Delivery but they have not given me any Positive Response yet.i will never buy anything from snapdeal in future .Very pathetic service and Courier Company I have not seen ever.Order ID: [protected] Streax Cream Hair Color(Golden Blonde) 7.3 Set of 2 Rs.230 but delivery person have taken 240 rs(extra 10 rs).and what a pathetic customer care number !! I am disappointed and frustrated with Snapdeal as they start cheating the people.

There are thousands of complaints against the company Snapdeal(M/S. Jasper Infotech Pvt. Limited). While making the online/consumer complaints please use the both name i.e. Snapdeal(M/s. Jasper Infotech Pvt. Ltd.) who owned the brand name snapdeal otherwise your complaints may be rejected. While making the online payments, the payment goes to the Merchant M/S. Jasper.

Be careful and educate your friends for fair deal. The snapdeal site never provides any warantee/guarantee to the online customers. Whatever advertised on the www.snapdeal.com is third party advertisement only.

If this is how they tackle things and provide solution and refund, then I may say this is my worst shopping experience. It's about 2 Addidas shoes I have ordered. Each shoes price after discount was around 4k. Shoes got delivered in Nike carton and the quality of shoes was horrible. Basically, the seller has delivered duplicate/fake shoes. I have raised the return request very next day of recieving the shoes but Snapdeal is not responding stall. When there is 7 days free return period, why Snapdeal not responding. Also, you are selling fake products, instead of penalising seller, you are penalising the buyer. What a shame
