Snapdeal — Fraud

My name is Swapnil Jain and i had recently purchased money saver prime discount card from the snapdeal and they mentioned "The card is valid for 1 year" but it isn't right, after the payment they shown the expiry date. i.e.1st march 2011 and i also visited the website regarding that but i can't find the expiry date.

I am writing this as I am very much upset with Snapdeal. First the deal is given in the site and once person orders and order is complete then snapdeal suddenly cancels it. Once the customer sent a mail asking for clarification then snapdeal reply back saying that I requested for cancellation but the fact is I never requested for cancellation.

I have placed 2 orders[protected],[protected] and then and both were cancelled without any reason. When I contacted customer support on phone they say that there was some technical fault. When I sent mail they said the stock was finished so they are cancelling the order.

My point is if the deal is complete then Snapdeal should respect the deal and deliver the product as per commitment and if they are not doing it then according to me it is total fraud.
I purchased a saree it was written in pic that saree is Embriodered saree but when it was delivered at my home and i seen but it was a only printed saree .It was written in pic that it was a red colour saree but when i saw saree it was only black coloured saree.I want that saree or i want my money back within 2 days.

only.
Still it is not delivered. I have raised one Request #1971790 .
but still no update, I have called so many times but same answer, you
need to wait 48 hrs . even now 48 hours is over but no update. need you
help so that next time I can think snapdeal or refer some one for the same .

Last week I ordered a Micromax A116 Canvas HD and paid though my Credit Card. Now Snapdeal is saying that the product can't be sent as the logistic company returned them the product due to improper mode of shipment and goods once sent back to them will not be shipped further. I spoke to logistic company Bluedart and they too told the same. I have all the mails, both from Snapdeal and Bluedart. Snapdeal confirmed with me that they will reimburse the money to my bank account within the next 7-15 working days. But my credit card company has already slapped a processing charge of Rs 1506/- on the total amount. Will snapdeal reimburse the processing fee...I don't want to fall victim due to their faulty system. Can anyone suggest how can I register a legal suit against this Snapdeal fraud online shopping site? If anyone has solution then please write to me in [protected]@gmail.com. Am willing to move to court for the fraudulent activity of Snapdeal and seek compensation for my financial loss and mental harassment caused by Snapdeal.

I Ordered a Back pack worth Rs 620/- from Snap Deal on 9th Of Sep 2013 order no #[protected] as got a message stating, i will Received the Product on or Before
Sep 17, 2013. I never Received at all. I call up the Customer care Spending STD calls : said there is a Delay on Snap Deal due to Vendor Issue
hence i waited for 48 hrs still no call No Intimation at all .
Again i contact Customer care : they told me that the Product is Available and will be ready to Shipped out Today .
I waited again : still no Show. Again I called up Customer care One lady called Swati said the Part is Run out of Stock and need to Order from Different Vendor : OH MY GOD i was like a Night mare . and Total mental harassment . I told them to Please cancelled and Return My Money back . Again they said it will take another 10 days for the Amount to Return . i just want to know What kind of Online Shopping is This..????
This is a Real Fraud . DEAR ALL SNAP DEAL IS A REAL 420 ONLINE SHOPPING WEBSITE.

this is K.Sanmukha Rao i recintly pursored doubl bed sheets but its not good quality and in this packege 02 double bed sheets and 06 pillow covers but irecived 04 pillow covers only
I have ordered Sonata Exemplary multicolour Dial watch Model No.8990PP03 worth Rs.649.00 But I received different watch of Model No.8970PP03 which I did not like.

I purchased a blackberry Battery CS-2 for curve bearing order no- [protected] & suborder no- [protected] with snapdeal reference number- SLP[protected] E COM EXPRESS[protected] & Invoice date- 3rd july 2014), but when I opened the pack, the seal was opened & the battery was not working properly. After just 1 day the battery got fully dead & it was unable to charge. So kindly change the battery or else refund the money.

I had ordered the product karpine screen guard on snapdeal for my Mi3 mobile on 8th Aug 2014 but when i received the product that was of some other brand named Moans screen guard. I had returned the product and placed a second order for purchase of Professional screen guard for same model again on 13th Aug 2014 by making the paymeng again.As happened in my first order again wrong product named Moan brand is delivered to me. I follwed up with the management but no solution is provided for the same.

I had placed one more order of Kent Water Purifier on 16th Aug 14 and delivery date was given 23rd Aug 14 but i dint get the product on 23rd Aug 14 i tried to contact snapdeal customer care team they assured product will be delivered on 25th Aug 14 but i dint get the product even 25th Aug 14. Again i had to contact to snapdeal team for product delivery but no assured date and time of delivery was given by the management. I asked for money back in case they are not able to deliver the product but customer care supervisor refused to do the same.

I dont understand niether they are delivering the product nor they returning my money back.

Company is cheating to its customer.
I purchased a pair of knee length boots from Snapdeal and returned them 2 days later on November 19th due to sizing issues. I have been waiting for my refund ever since November. I have received an sms and a couple of emails from the customer service dept informing me that the refund has been initiated but I haven't seen my money so far. Today, I was surprised to hear from the customer service rep that the refund was never initiated due to "error" on the part of Snapdeal. So Snapdeal has been conveniently lying to me. I have been a faithful customer of Snapdeal but not after this nightmarish episode.
Last month I buy a phone through snapdeal company. I am very satisfied but recently phone heat so much and I used to go sony service center and they said me that they will not able to give mexactly services because this phone is out of india but on my bill it's mention your phone warranty all india
Then I was call sony call centre and they told me your phone is came from Spain and we will not give you any services so now it's means snapdeal company cheat me just for little bit profit.
A person who spend his money for any product and the seller cheat him so it's very hurt to customers.
This is the first time i ordered saree on snapdeal. I had worst experience. The delivered saree is completely different from the purchased saree with a very cheap quality. While ordering the price was 835. On delivery the price was 885 rupees! Even the link i purchased was showing 885! So much tampering with prices. Quality of the delivered saree was so low that its worth was less than 125 rupees. Never expected this from snapdeal. I replaced the saree. Waiting for original saree. Lets see how much standard snapdeal maintains.
They have no standards Ms. Rishika, forget about giving you quality product, they wont even give you your money back. Same thing happened with me.
