[Resolved]  Sonata — the watch stopped working

date of purchase: 14-02-'12

the showroom where i bought it:

shop : digital watch & electroner
address: sarayaganj, muzaffarpur, bihar, india

subject:
it's digital section has stopped working as it got dropped. and when i took it to the shopkeepers as it has 1 year replacement warranty the shopkeeper resist me for the replacement. he told that the company is not responsible for the fault. and did not replace it. when i asked how then this watch could be ok, he demanded money.and became angry when i resisted to do so. he started blaming me its my fault and the company is not responsible for it.

i can't understand even in the warranty period why has this happened.
