[Resolved]  SPEED CAR HELPLINE — No Service

Dear Sir

On 19th of June I was coming from some where with my family My Membership number is NS 60361 ,- My bike’s was puncher and I was called Speed at 12.00 AM hrs - promised service in 30 mns .... called again at 12.20 am .. answer – “please wait person is on the way” ; next call 12.35 am …. Answer pl hold the line I will tell you where is the person ……he is on the way…, 12.50 am and finally at 1.10 am ( NO ONE CAME TO ATTEND ... I finally parked my bike at chanan devi hospital parking take a riksha and reach home at 2.30am this kind of service they are providing .Way don’t they speak truth:- “ we don’t have the person / or we are not able to provide the service”----.simply they are collecting the money by making people fool .(even I have the parking slip and telephone bill detail )

I called from NDSE part -2 for help. I had left my kee inside the car no help was provided even after five calls.
Does this company ever lister ...

Companies like such ,who are primarily into customer service & who have ziltch customer orientation , should be scrapped from conducting any business.
This company's average responding time is 2.5 hrs with a promise of serving you in 30mns ..that too if you are lucky or they'll conviniently forget that you had called, ever repeated calls would have deaf ears.

My Membership number is NS 8450,- sharing my current experience ( there are a few apart from this). My car broke down last eve , Speed was called at 18:04 hrs - promised service in 30 mns .... called again at 19:18 hrs .. answer - on the way ; next call 21:01 ... followed by 21:02 and finally at 21:41 ( NO ONE CAME TO ATTEND ... apparently they priomised the guy to be reaching in 10mns)... i am here talking about attended calls not to mention calls gone unattended ...
pls understand a plight of a women driver , who trusted the company to bail her out in unwarrent conditions ... having to push a heavy vehicle with anticipation of help on the way ... is certainly breech of trust .

On 27th Sep09, 10.30 am I have given a call regarding puncture of my vehicle but till 2.30 pm no body came to attend the complaint even after giving 7-8 calls, after that I dragged my vehicle 3kms and got it repaired from outside mechanic.

I am also trying to get my money refund but not getting any response.

I dont think Neeraj can read and write English, he speaks big things about cyber crime. He doesnt even have the basic coutersy to return my money or respond to my emails. They are the biggest thugs.

I finally had to go to the nearest work station and get my vehicle repaired.

I am writing this email to provide feedback for the service I have received from your esteemed customer oriented organization. I had punctured my vehicle in the evening, I tried calling your call center from the road but it could not get through. Any ways I bought my vehicle home and tried again. The executive who received my call took all my details and reassured me that it would be taken care in half an hour.



From 6:55 PM when I made my first call there were several conversations I had with your executives. Each time I was told about new terms and conditions and also assured that any how the service would be at my door the next moment (the message that was continuously was communicated that the car was last at ashram and would reach Noida soon). The executives re assured that they would update me with the status after speaking to the mechanic but all in vain. I asked the executives to connect me to the floor manager but nobody cared.



I tried your numbers on the website but to my surprise they didn’t even work.



My final call was made after 11:00 PM when a guy spoke to me and told me that the car which was coming to me had some technical issues and was unable to reach. I was surprised that nobody even cared to inform me for the same.



Q1. Why was it not communicated to me earlier when I had made endless calls? I actually had to used a couple of my friend’s phones because my call was not attended; perhaps my number was getting displayed.



Q2. Do you have only one vehicle that runs in entire Delhi/NCR to serve the customers?



Q3. I understand that you have very beautifully designed the terms and conditions of your agreement and I am sure that all this would also be taken care of at your end. But I would request you to please ask your sales people to educate the end customer about all this when they come to crack the deal with us.



Today I really feel unfortunate and miserable that I opted for SPEED instead of ... agency. I had been using their service for a year but never faced such a helpless situation. It was just a week ago I made this great decision. I understand that may be SPEED does not have the infrastructure to support so many customers, so I would suggest that you stop adding on new customers and create one with which you can keep the existing people happy.



I work as a Lead HR for an IT MNC; people loose their jobs & credibility in IT for so much slackness and dishonesty. Please advice in case I should at least inform my 2000 + fellow colleagues about your service to save them from all the harassment I had to face.



All I would request you from now is to let me know how it is possible to withdraw my membership back and get my money refunded.



I hope you read my email and take some corrective action. In case you don’t feel the need I would appreciate if you could personally respond to my email to ensure that it was read by you and not deleted by your subordinates.

Dear Sir,

I have taken SPeed car helpline service 2-3 months back. Membership No: 53046.

On Friday i.e 16th April, while coming back from office to Home at 6:30 pm my car broke down, I called the representative and they said that person would be there in 20 min. THen again we called up after half an hour and got the same reply. We asked for the person no. who would be coming so that we can guide them for where our car is stranded, we were told that as per their non sense policy we can't get the no.

After that I called up 100 times when they did not picked the phone despite confirming that their representative will be there in half an hour. I waited for 5-6 hours but no one turned up and because of that we had to face serious problems. It was such a miserable experience that I can not jot down problems and how we reached home and I think reasons are big enough for the refund along with compensation. Being a lady it was impossible to manage at such location and things could have even worse.

Non sense and irresponsible people.

I have been renewing 2 subscriptions for the past two years with the member id# 43171 but now when I needed the services for which I have been paying..... "THERE WAS JUST NO RESPONSE."

I was promised in fact confirmed & assured that the person will be there with me in a max. of 25-30 mins but no one turned up. I had two tyres flat & hence could not take my vehicle any where. I was also given an escalation number a couple of years back of Mr. Deepak (Proprietor of Speed) for any trouble I face in service but when I had to use it, the NUMBER DID NOT EXIST.

I need my money back for both my vehicles if this is the kind of service SPEED is going to provide to customers & also make awareness that no one should fall into their false promises.

Vehicle no DL 4CU 4700.My cars clutch wire got broken at 9.00 PM today ie 14/06/10 SINCE THEN I TRIED THEIR HELPLINE NOS [protected],[protected],[protected] ALL THE NOS WERE ENGAGED I GOT CONNECTED AT 9.30 PM THAT TIME I WAS TOLD TO WAIT AGAIN AFTER 15-20 MINUTED I AGAIN CALLED AT THEIR NOS FIRST NOS WERE ENGAGED.AFTER REPETED ATTEMPTS THE CALL GOT CONNECTED AFTER FULL 2 BELLS NO BODY TOOK THE CALL THEN LUCKILY I GOT CONNECED AND WAS SHOCKED TO HEAR THAT THERE IS NO SERVICE FOR CLUTCH REPAIRS I WAS TOLD TO TAKE MY CAR TO WORKSHOP.HEY TOLD ME THAT THERE IS NO SERVICE FOR TOWING OF VEHICLES.AND THE GUY ON THE OTHER SIDE GAVE ME THE NO OF A CRANE SERVICE THAT CRANE MAN ASKED FOR RS 800/-FOR TOWING MY VEHICLE TO A DISTANCE OF APPROX 1.5-2 KMS.
AT THE TIME OF CONTRACT I WAS TOLD THAT IN CASE OF BREAKDOWN IF THE CAR CAN NOT BE REPAIRED AT ROAD SIDE I WILL BE PROVIDED TOWING SERVICE UPTO 7 KMS FREE OF COST AND AFTER THAT I WILL BE CHARGED RS 20/KM
Dear Sir,

My Bike no. DL7SAK 4701, was not starting and i complained to speed helpline under membership no. ns67688 at 10:15AM on 27th sept. 2010 and till 4:30PM there was no action taken and neither I received any call.
And when called back they replied there is traffic and secondly they said the helpline car got broke down on the way so it will take time.
Plus their attitude was attitude was not acceptable from the customer point of view.
Hope u will take necessary action regarding my matter.
I just purchased the membership and the first time I’m trying to avail the services for the FIRST time I’m really having a hard time.

My car broke down near my residence at about 8.10 PM tonight and I called in. I was told someone would be there in 90 MINUTES.

90 minutes have come and gone by, however, I have not received ANY call from those guys or any assistance whatsoever. More than 2 hours later I called and after calling in 3-4 times, I was just told they’ll call me back in 5 mins and hang up without listening to what I'm saying. This is pathetic customer service. On top of that, of course no one calls back.

IF THIS IS THE LEVEL OF SERVICE, I’D LIKE TO CANCEL THIS PATHETIC MEMBERSHIP AND GET A REFUND. I’d rather get a faster and much reliable service from a local trusted mechanic. HUH.

If anyone out there is called for purchasing their service, I'D STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO JUST HANG UP THE CALL.
Its currently 10.40 AM on next day and still no service/callback.

I registered a compalint at 11:15 in the morning about my car breakdown & I been adviced that helpline van will reach you in hrs time, I again
called after an hr time & been told that van got brkdown & van is at kapashera CNG filling station & so on, it will take another half an hr, everytime
i called been made foolish by your hepline advisors giving every new excuse, At 4:30 I spoke to Mr Mohit & Mr Dinesh (Manager) who put me on
hold twice for almost 15 minutes each time & advised that it will take another couple of hrs. On argument when I asked to give contact details of
your Management, I got [protected] of Mr Gaurav which was constantly switched off.

I went through such a harrasment & been so frustrated with my first & last experience with your helpline that I want to cancel my subscription &
wish to register with consumer court if it require. I never came across such ridiculous service in my life that evertime i called I had been answered
with nuissance excuses. I been so annoyed at last when your team reply at the end of the day that they cannot provide with the service for which
I paid almost a month back.

Please cancel my subscription & pay back

This is one of the Worst Companies when it comes to customer care and dont ever get fooled by their false promises. I have had two instances with this company and would never ever deal with them again. I have already put in a requst for refund of my money but nothing has been done as of now.
Following is the nightmarish experience i faced :

On 10th of May my car broke down in Sector 62 Noida. I placed my first call to Speed Car helpline at 16:39 hrs. I was told that the personnel would be reaching shortly. I kept callling after regular intervals but to know avail. At times, i was told that they would be checking the status and let me know but of course, they never called back. There was absolutely no communication from the company as regards when the technician would turn up. It was always i who called. From 16:39 till 21:40 no body turned up. Imagine being stranded on road for 5 hours in summers!. I finally decided to call a local technician who repaired my car and i had to pay Rs 1000 as there was no other option available. To make matters worse, the Customer Care people seem to have no etiquetes regarding how to talk to customers and are very rude.
Once before my car tyre got punctured at around 12 in the night and i had to wait for at least 1 1/2 hours before the mechanic came.In this time i could have changed all the four tyres on my car myself! They promise service within 30 minutes but never ever fulfill their promise.
I would like to advise people NEVER DEAL WITH SPEED CAR HELPLINE.You would be wasting your hard earned money.

Can you please get my Membership money refunded.
