I GUESS WE SUD TAKE THIS COMPANY NOT ONLY TO CONSUMER COURT BUT IN PESS...I HAD THE WORST EXPRINCE WITH THEM TOO...THEY FIRST OF ALL D NOT PROVIDE ANY SERVICE AND THEN ACT AS IF NOTHING HAS HAPPENNED ...LOOKS LIKE ITS A NORMAL PRATICE WITH THIS COMPANY...CAN ANY ONE HELP ME BY ADIVCING THAT HOW CAN I TAKE THIS COMPANY TO CONSUMER COURT...I AM DOTING DOWN MY EXPRINCE WITH THEM...
my membership card number : 182070 under the name of Gagan Gaur for a Royal Enfield & Lancer. I was given a very rosy picture of the best services by your company when I took the membership. The reality came to light when I was stuck in the need of help yesterday at 7 pm in Sahara Mall when my bike Royal Enfield broke down & I called your custmer services for help. They told me to wait for half an hour. I called up 8 times around 8 pm but my call was disconnected constantly & when I dialled the new membership extension around 8.10 pm my call was immediately taken and then I spoke to Rajiv who said he will send some help in half an hour. Then around 8.30 Rajiv called & said that they cannot help me as they dont have any mechanic to provide any assistance and when I said that this could have been told to me an hour and a half back I would have done something as I'm stuck with my wife & 5 yr old son. This caused me mental harassment & tension. Unfortunately the weather was too bad and I could not get any mechanic, so I had to come home without any assistance dragging my bike till my home which was about 8 kms.
Today Morning I called your company & spoke to Rajinder & Ankit - Customer Services Manager who said they will call me back after consulting the MD. But I did not receive any call till 1 pm so I called again & spoke to Ankit who said that he will call me back in 20 minutes as he didn't have my contact number. Till now I haven't received any call and I would like you to reply me back in written that what will you do regarding this.
I have already told Ankit that all calls have been recorded and will be used as proof against your company if required in case I don't receive any reply from your side within next 48 hours.
In case of no reply within next 48 hours I'll assume that your company is not interested in helping the customers and we will take the matter to Consumer Court against the Breach of Contract, Lack of Services with the print out of this email as well as call recordings and ask for a compensation for Mental harassment & tension.

Speed Helpline — cheating & poor customer relation
Yesterday i had called up SPEED CAR HELPLINE of which i am a member since i had a flat tyre near Udyog Vihar, GUrgaon while traveling to office. I lodged a complaint at 10.10am and waited till 12.30pm but to no avail. the guy on the helpdesk kept giving one aliby after another ( Mechanic is in Jam, he has already left, he is not picking up the phone etc).Finally i manged to call some other mechanic from nearby area and then went to the office.
These guys( SPEED) are lousy and cheat. I had also some bad experience with RACE earlier but atleast they respond and come on the call.
NEVER GO FOR SPEED IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND.

Ya its true, I had been promised 2 years service but just after one year they are again asking for 500 Rs. and executive says that there was no such plan at that time. Very fake company, please refrain from dealing with them.

This company's average responding time is 'NEVER' with a promise of serving you in 30mns. .
My Membership number is NS 35047,- I am sharing my current experience.i am an gazzeted officer in Northern Railway. My car broke down on Dt 22/9/09 at 18.20 hrs(evening) at K.G. Marg Atul Groove Road Near Connaught Place , Speed was called at 18:22 hrs - promised service in 30 mns and the mechanic of the company contected me for veryfiying location.I feel comfert like the logo printed by the company,
But this was just the begining of no end..... called again and again at least 10 times.. answer - on the way .....at 21:28hrs( after passing 3 hours, NO ONE CAME TO ATTEND ...) finally asked what we can do if your car has broke down? We have already mentioned in the condition that we can not provide service in peak hours i.e between 18.00 hrs to 20.00hrs. As i say that it is 21.30hrs now he finally replied that my mechanic is not free if you want service than you have to wait upto 23.45 hrs at least. As a service he provide me a phone no. of crane service to take my car own its own.Crane charges were Rs 800 for km 0 to Km 10. My Residence way 1 km away at connaught place.After waiting of 4 long hours on road footpath with my own charge .......i reached ....this was worst experience of my life perhaps a bad dream. Now i am trying to suo .Could any body help?
who trusted the company to bail her out in unwarrent conditions ... having to push a heavy vehicle with anticipation of help on the way ... is certainly breech of trust or cheatig.
