This is regarding Honda / Ikon Car service under the membership No. 64097/64098 in which we rarely required your service for any kind of car breakdown. If Required either you give execuses of your system is not showing any registration/ card validity expires without any factual information.

This is very shameful that for the such a small amount your agencies/yourself is misguiding the customers by giving false commitment...

Hi..Please don't buy services from Speed...even if they offer you for free..I am one of them...who is regretting after their service..They may offer you Membership for Rs 499/- for two years or may be at place..my only advise...please don't get in to trap and stay from this car helpline service...else you will suffer the same pain that I am suffering..They promise many things but can't deliver service even within 3 days..their...

My membership number is 71660. I lodged a complaint at 12:10 PM. I got an assurance that the help should reach you within 30 mins. But again after 1 hour i called your helpline number, they again assured me that wait for another 30 mins. From 2 PM till 7:30 PM i called helpline 12 times but of no vain. After every 2 hours a new person is there due to shift change. There is a limit of negligence. I am very much frustated...

I had a car breakdown yesterday and logged a call at 6:15 PM yesterday at the helpline no. It was highly painfull for me waiting for the service at roadside for the whole evening. I was told that someone would reach within half an hour, But no one came there for 3 hrs. I kept waiting there on the road and these people not even picked up the calls.it is to be noted that ultimately I did not receive any help from their service at all and neither...

I opted this service in September 2009 for my Scooter - Eterno. which is registered under UP-Ghaziabad RTO authority.

According to their executive, on stucking with any problem related to our vehicle, we must get a solution with in half an haour (if we are in NCR zone) and up to 1 hour in case of outside NCR.

I had a opportunity to encash this facility on 16 July 2010 when my scooter back wheel got punctured...

I've the mebership of "Speed", which provides on road car repair service in Delhi and NCR.They promise that their mechanic will reach to the spot within 30 mintues.

In the past 2 months my car broke down twice . I called Speed's call center everytime but not a single time any of their mechanic came to repair my car on the spot.Instead they kept on lying that their mechanic has already left will reach...

I have took a 24 HOUR ON ROAD CAR ASSISTANCE service from SPEED CAR HELPLINE with MEMBERSHIP NO , last day i my vehicle had some problem at 9 pm in Noida & i called up speed sevice & they simply said NO to provide me the service, i spent whole night in my car & in morning I called them & there response was same.

I called up the speed car helpline number on Sunday (5th July), as per the information provided when signing up for the membership and at the time of call was that within 30 min. of my complaint i will receive the assistance, however it took 55 minutes for the assistance to reach, in the mean time i arranged for help from some one else. Situation could have been worse if i would have been with my family and it was some lonely...
