[Resolved]  SPEED CAR HELPLINE — Poor car service

This is regarding Honda / Ikon Car service under the membership No. 64097/64098 in which we rarely required your service for any kind of car breakdown. If Required either you give execuses of your system is not showing any registration/ card validity expires without any factual information.

This is very shameful that for the such a small amount your agencies/yourself is misguiding the customers by giving false commitment /written one also that you fill give service round the clock, two years service etc.

While calling the helplines they say we are not responsible for any kind of false commitment by our agencies such as H .S Helpnet has done the same thing.

We Dont know how you are give the licence for such kind of your authorised agency.
