[Resolved]  SPEED CAR HELPLINE — No service received since 3 hours

Speed car help line — No Service

Pl note that I have taken the membership of Speed helpline and my membership no is NS 23484.
I am very much disappointed with the services and decided not to continue my membership in future or never suggest any one for becoming a speed member.
On 11 Aug 09 morining when I was ready for office, I found that my car is not being started. I called your speed helpline and they told me that the mechanic will reach me within half an hour. But after half an hour, when I called once again then they told me that it will take around one hour more. After one hour at 11:30 am they simply told that services are not provided at home. And speed will not help me for the breakdown.
I would like to know that why it was not told to me at my first call.
Secondly I was assured at the time of purchase that the services are provided at home also.
I think this is a breach of contract.
In our office, approx 9-10 members has taken this facility after my recommendation but now I am advising all of them not to trust on Speed service as they are no1 cheater in this industry.
Thanx for cheating me and developing a dissatisfied customer.

CAR HELPLINE — NO SERVICE

No Service , Are Frauds, DIDNOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE

I have took a 24 HOUR ON ROAD CAR ASSISTANCE service from SPEED CAR HELPLINE with MEMBERSHIP # NS - 41306 , which provides on road car repair service in Delhi and NCR.
On date 10/01/2010, I am going with my family to CP for attending the annual function of my child . I filled petrol at IOC Petrol Pump Seelampur., I start to move out My car was not getting started I called Speed helpline at 2:15 PM. They assured me with in 30 mins, a mechanic will be attending my car but after 30 mins I call again and get the same reply that with in 30 mins, a mechanic will reach there . After an hour I took the auto to attend the function of my child and reached Mukt Dhara Auditorium, CP and I returned there at around 9.00 PM and I again called speed helpline they assured me with in 30 mins, a mechanic will reach there i made around 5-6 calls. But any of their mechanic came to repair my car. Instead they kept on lying that their mechanic has already left and will reach to the spot soon. I waited for hours and after that I had to drag my car to the nearest Welcome Metro Station Parking myself.

KINDLY TAKE THE ACTION againt this Fraudulant Company. And do the Needful.

SPEED CAR HELPLINE — No service received since two days

This is with reference to Complaint number 473 (number as given by Speed helpdesk just now).

I had taken Speed helpline membership some time back and this is my first experience of dealing with them which was really really frustrating!!!.


I had called up yesterday night at around 9 pm when my car got punctured at East Delhi and I was alone in the car. I was assured I would get service within 30 minutes of time. I felt relieved and waited at a nearby place. To my surprise, no one turned up yesterday despite reminding helpdesk continuously.[protected]. I had talked to Vijay, Gaurav and some more people.. I didnt ask names to everyone.

I had to take external help at 11 pm night to get my car towed at a nearby place after getting false reassurances from Speed helpline.

I called up Speed today morning again at around 9.15 am again and was reassured that someone would come within 30 minutes of time. Its been more than 2 hours since then.. and I am doing nothing except calling up helpdesk after every 15-20 minutes and getting to hear the samething that help is coming in around 5 minutes.

I am really feeling fooled after taking this service and wasting my money at a place where people do not even value other people's time and everytime make false committments. Had they told us at the very first call about unavailability we could have taken somw alternative action. We shall surely never recommend this to anyone!

Frustrated at last we just called them to say they don't need to come and the person was happy to hear that and said fine....

As per their contract, we can't cancel our membership once confirmed!!!

We had to seek external help again to get things working.

Request you to please take strong action against the Company so that some other citizens are not fooled by their false promises.

SPEED CAR HELPLINE — No service and poor customer service

I registered for their service 2 months back and what a mistake I made! Today my car broke down and I called them up at 10:30pm and it has been 2 hrs since then and they have just been fooling around and not giving me any information about the mechanic. I have called them up 7 times by now and have shouted screamed on them but they have been just not responding and it is such upsetting behaviour on their part that they are not bothered. They have told me ten times that they would call me back but they haven't called me back even once. I have been trying again and again and every time a new customer sales guy answers the phone and gives me the same answer. Dont every take their service, you will regret. Its a company of total uneducated nonprofessional people sitting behind the phone.

Speed 24 hour car helpline — No Service

I have a complaint against SPEED 24 hr car helpline.. I became their member last month. On Saturday my car broke down. I called them. First they responded and promised me that within 30-40 min. someone will reach me..
I waited for over 2 hrs. Repeated calls went in vain.. It seems it is a farzi company. They gave a a cash receipt on which contact numbers are given but none of the number is correct. My complaint shouls be noted and action should be taken against this farzi car helpline company..

SPEED CAR HELPLINE — They are not providing the service they asked they will provide

I took subscription for Speed Car helpline service in Delhi. My membership number is 63825.My car ha broke down and when i call them they tell me to take it to the workshop and they won't eve send anyone to check or repair my car.

SPEED CAR HELPLINE — not refunding money

i have purchased 2 packs of speed car help line packaje on 24/4/2011 for Rs900 for 2 yrs(79224 & 79225} as my bike was punchered i called them they told you be provided with the service in 30 min but 2 hr passed no service was given i told them to refund my money i[censored] cant provide service they told ok but no one is picking my call nor refunding money please help me

My self Dr.Anirudh saini, i took the membership of speed car helpline at 30/06/2011. at that time the assistance said we provide u the best servicies upto 31/12/2013. suddenly igot some problem in my car on 6/4/2012, than i make a call to costomer care of speed helpline. After doing so affords they connected. After heard my complaint they says u'r membership will expired before two months. after too much arguments they cut my call, then regularly i trying but they can't.The SPEED CAR HELPLINE SERVICES are making fraud n fool with public.they 'r CHORRRRRRRR.
