SPEED CAR HELPLINE — poor service | |||
I opted this service in September 2009 for my Scooter - Eterno. which is registered under UP-Ghaziabad RTO authority. According to their executive, on stucking with any problem related to our vehicle, we must get a solution with in half an haour (if we are in NCR zone) and up to 1 hour in case of outside NCR. I had a opportunity to encash this facility on 16 July 2010 when my scooter back wheel got punctured in Noida Sector 127. I called up their so called helpline number[protected] at 12:45 and got assurance of service by half an hour. The time passed by and I called this number again and the executives (different person on different call) kept assuring me that one of the mechianic/ techincal field boy would be there in 5-10 minutes. The after noon passed by and entered evening. I called up the same number arroung 3:37 and recorded the conversation with the executive and again he assured me the same thing... Now the complete seven hours were passsed (6:45) and no one can reach us to attend the same after that i pull the scooter to the puncture shop its approx 3 km away, when i pulling the puncture scooter the tube will fully damaged and purchased a new one of Rs 200. Now you can think about the kind of bull dung service they provide to their so called valued clients. This was better an incident in Noida (NCR), one can think of the worst case if it would have been in outside of NCR, specially in late nights... Can these types of helpline services be the one, we can rely upon? Please take this as a formal compaint from my side. PS.
