Spice Hotspot — Took money for Memory card but didn't give it to me

Hi,

I bought a nokia handset from spice hotspot on 16th June, 2011 and alongwith handset i also paid for memory card, When I went home, I was checking if the memory card is placed in the handset or not and I could not see it. I checked it in box also but it was not there. I called on the store number but no one picked. Next day morning I went to shop to enquire memory card. Staff which was present didnt had any manners. Manager was instead shouting on me. Instead of checking stock , he was arguing with me. I want to register a complain against Spice hotspot. Its a worst place. They dont respect customers. Dont buy anything from this store.
