I have been trying spicejet customer care for the past 2 days to know the status of the flight but either the customer care numbers provided are out of order or not at working.

Cleartrip.com / Spice Jet — NO PROPER RESPONSE ON TIME

I, myself Minish Patel had passed thru a very bad experience with Cleartrip Customer Executive.

I had booked 2 return tickets of Spicejet Ahd-Delhi for trip date[protected] through website. After few days i wanted to re-schedule my trip date to[protected], so i process required steps through Cleartrip.com but by the time your server was down, so i called to customer care & concern person on phone over there replied me very positively n said your verification n all necessary details has been taken n re-schedule request has been processed n now we are tranferring your line to our other department just to make additional difference payment, but somehow at that time Phone-line transfer was not possible at your end, so your employee told me to wait for next 1 hour n we will call you back on your registered cell just for payment, rest process has been done. So i waited for a phone call from your side for the rest of d day, n after a long waiting next day when i called to customer care i came to know that by the time flight rate has been hiked by 2800/-. n i have to pay today's rate, while i was been confirmed on fon previous day about ticket rates.

Now you just clarify me, if at that time on fon if i had booked my tickets, then this will not happen... bcoz of your server error n executive's fon line transfer problem i have had to bear atleast 2800 x 4 = 11200 addition loss.

Next time its confirm i will never prefer to go with cleartrip. you can check my login's past records also.

We regret for the inconvenience caused to you while getting your booking rescheduled.

Amendment (Rescheduling) is an option open with us as well as the airlines, however, since you relied on Cleartrip to call you back within 1 hour and the same was not done, we will refund you the Cleartrip Amendment handling charges paid by you at the time of amending the booking.

As far as the Airline charges are concerned, they are very dynamic and keep changing every now and then, we really don't have control over the same.

Sir,I booked my flight inSPICEJET airline from KOLKOTA toBAGDORA,in their flt no:SG-323 ,for 10/10/2010.TICKET NO:N3MHCB.Due to traffic congestion I reached their counter 30mins prior to depature,instead of 45mins.The airlines simply cancelled my ticket and refused to refund.Sir this unfair.I faced a lot of harassment,and on top of that they keep my money after denying the services.They should refund the full amount.The aircraft was still at the airport and there was 30 mins before take off .Sir this is sheer dacoity.I have filed a complaint with their head office and still they refused to refund.Sir kindly help out a helpless consumer.Ashok.kumar nair. i travelled from delhi to kathmando and the crew and the ground staf were most rude and abusive. why do you take us for a ride? made god damn you and devil kiss you!

I have booked ticket through internet on 07/12/2010 for the Itenary Kochi - Delhi date 17/01/2011 in the name of Mr. UMA SHANKER SINGH via Net Banking. The payment was made for Rs. 4, 499/- and the payment was succesful. Till now i didn't receive ane confirmation from Spice Jet either throgh SMS or E-Mail. I am trying to get in touch with your Toll Free No. but no one is attending the call and when I am calling at Gurgaon Office from there also I am not getting any help. It seems you are cheating us. This is not fair. I tried the Toll Free No. on 08/12/2010 from 11.00 AM to 01.30 PM but there is no respone from these Nos. Is this the way to help your customers. I am a frequent traveller by spice jet and it was this time that i was put off by your lady incharge at
delhi airport ms Geeta who was very arrogant and extremly rude in her behaviour
I reached the airport at 5.00 am and it was only due to the traffic out side the terminal and secondly the security verification que that it took me about 10mts to reach your check in counter
I requested ms Geeta to kindly let me board the flight but she took the ticket and wrote 5.25 as the
reporting time, on my telling her that this is incorrect she sharted shouting at me and the other fellow passangers on my telling her that her behaviour is incorrect she said when other passangers can board in time why you could not make it
on requesting to give us the next possible flight she told to take the via ahemdabad route and pay the
fair difference and the change charges totalling to rs.2799.00 we agreedd to pay and during the whole
process she was contionusly shouting and passing sacastic remarks
later after taking the ticket and paying the due amount i asked her for the reciept she refused to issue
any and looking to our urgency we had no option but leave without knowing what have we paid for
Such kind of a behavior is at least not expected from your staff and i have always found all your
staff menbers very decent humble and polite
This particular behavior of your one staff Ms. Geeta has compelled me not to to travel by Spice Jet
again

Spice Jet Airlines — damaged check in luggage

Date: 7th march 2011

I recently flew on spice jet airlines from bangalore to delhi on 7th march 2011. I found to my dismay that the airlines has badly damaged my checked in luggage. The number lock and handle was ripped out totally and the surrounding fabric was also damaged.

I am still wondering how the hell they have managed to break it so. I lodged a complaint at the delhi counter of spicejet and was told by the boys there that there is no compensation for broken handle.

I am now claiming compensation from them but as usual airlines think they can get away with anything.

The airlines think they can just turf me off with a 1000/- compensation where as the repair shop is estimating a cost of[protected] for the same to be back in perfect condition.

I need help on this.

Spice Jet — Postponed flight schedule

I HAVE BOOKE A TICKET WITH SPICEJET BUT UNFORTUNATELY I CANCELLED MY TRIP. ACCORDING TO RULE AND REGULATION I CAN TRAVEL WITH SAME PNR NO WITH NEW TICKET
BUT SPICE IS NOT PROVIDING ANOTHER ONE TICKET ON THE SAME PNR.

SPICEJET JET — NO COMPENSATION

I HAD BOOKING FOR SPICEJET FLIGHT FOR KOL TO GUW AT 5.40 ON29TH MARCH . THEY SMS ME THAT TO REPORT ATLEAST 3HOURS BEFORE DEPARTURE SO I LEFT MY PLACE AT 1.00 PM BUT ON THE WAY WHEN I REACH DUM DUM FROM SOUTH KOLKOTTA , I GOTA CALL THAT THE FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED . I REACHED AIRPORT THERE WAS NO SUPPORT FROM THE GROUND STAFF TO GET US NEXT FLIGHT . THE ONLY THING THEY ARE SAYING WE WILL GET REFUND OF OUR TICKET . I BOUGHT ANOTHER TICKET FOR Rs. 2050 iNDIGO FLIGHT FOR NEXT DAY MORNING FLIGHT . I EMAILED THEM TO PAU FOR MY EXPENSES I IUNCURRED BECOUSE OF CANCELLATION BUT THEY ARE REFUSING . THIS REALLY SURPIRSIED ME CUZ WHAT I AM DEMANDING IS A LEGITIMATE COMPENSATION FOR MY LODGING AND TOAND FROM FARE FROM AIRPORT PLUS DIFFERNCE OF AIRTICKT I HAD BOUHGT ITCKET ALMOST 40DAYS BEFORE THE DEPARTURE AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY FOR INSTAT TICKET THEY SHOULD BE LITTLE HUMANE IN THIER APPROACH. IF WE CANCELLED A FLIGHT WE HAVE TO BEAR A CANCELLATION CHARGE OF 750PLUS AGENTS SERVICVE CHARGES . THERE SHLOULD SOME COMPENSATION FOR CONSUMER IF AIRLINE CANCELLED THIER FLIGHT ON SUCH A SHORT A NOTICE.
My wife, my daughter and myself have travelled to bagdogra from chennai on spicejet airlines on[protected]. However, the boarding pass has been lost. Since I have availed LFC from my office, I need to show them a proof of travelling by giving the boarding pass. Is there any other way to retrieve the boarding pass or give a proof that we have travelled?

Kingfisher Airlines/ MakeMyTrip.com — Numerous rescheduling and cancellation of flight from airlines side

Dear Sir,
I booked a ticket with following details -
Destination: Kolkata to Guwahati (Non-Stop)
Flight# IT2533 scheduled on 5/11/2011 at 13.30
Airlines PNR: FQIYCD
The flight got scheduled twice till 2/11/2011 and as per the last scheduling they broke the journey in two parts - Kol-Imphal and Imphal-Guwahati.
Rediculously on 2/11/2011 I got an sms from the airlines stating that the flight from Kol-Imphal is cancelled and no rescheduling was done, no alternate arrangement was done. No intimation on whether the money has been refunded or not. Adding to that, the airlines stated that the flight from Imphal-Guwahati is confirmed.
Its an utter nonsense and irrespnsible attitude from the airlines parts as no body is responsing on the given contact nos of the airlines or the travel agent.
Complaint is against both of them.

Spice Jet Airlines — not refunding money

don’t travel by spice jet because they are asking for only money

my father & my mother was travelling to Srinagar on[protected] against
pnr.No: Q8E7BQ. My parents board in the plain on 22/11/11 from Delhi to Srinagar, the flight take off to Srinagar but don't land due to poor visibility (as per announcement). They have taken back to Delhi. My father confirm the ticket for the next day as well as extend the date for the return ticket for the 26/11/11 to 27/11/11.

Next day, 23/11/11, the same thing repeats & they have taken back to Delhi. On the same day my father cancel the ticket & ask for the refund. On that, spice jet staff confirm the cancellation & told them to collect the money from the agent.

Now the agent said that the spice jet are refusing to pay the money. What the is that. Are the airlines company become so money hunger that they act like the thief.

I want my money back, without deducting the a single Rupee.

They spoil my parents whole holiday & after that such behavior. I want my money otherwise I have to for the legal actions

Don't ever book a spicejet flight, I cancelled my reservation on 10th feb and its 23rd feb today and they have not refunded the amount

This is to bring to your notice that not even me but several others are highly disappointed by the ineffecacy of this offer of yours.
This came out to be one of the any other fake offers available and promised in the market.

It has ofcourse brought a bad name to your firm since morning as the customers woke up early morning to book their tickets and all they could get was disappointment.
I as a customer will not invest my money and trust in spicejet from now on. Such a cheap publicity trick is absolutely not welcome.
