[Resolved]  State Bank of India — ATM problem

On 18th jan 2010, I went to SBI ATM located at Choolaimedu high road to withdraw a sum of Rs 10000 from my account. i inserted my card and entered the sum.The transaction was completed and the money appeared in the slot.but due to my ignorance i was distracted for a few seconds, within that short span the money was taken back by the machine.
i request you to strongly credit the sum back into my account.

On 5th jan 2010, I went to SBI ATM located at Kavoor-Mangalore to withdraw a sum of Rs.6000/- from my Syndicate Bank's ATM card... but i did not get any money n i got a slip saying SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS, INCONVENIENCE IS REGRETTED... next minute i cross checked the balance at that time Rs.6000/- was deducted from my account... then i pludged a complaint in Syndicate bank through Manager... but till now i did not get any money..
i request you to strongly credit the sum back into my account.

On 25th Jan, 2010, I had balance of SBI Bank Rs.800/-. I had tried to withdraw as sum of Rs.300/- from ATM of canara bank ATM centre. The amount has been debited from my account, the transaction did not go through and cash was not delivered, but, in receipt cash withdrawl has came, so please verify & refund the amount.

MYSELF VIPUL GHONIYA HAVING SAVING ACCOUNT WITH SBI JAIL ROAD BRANCH, BEFORE 60 DAYS I FORGOT MY ATM PIN NO, FOR THAT I GIVEN APPLICATION FOR GETTING NEW PIN NO, BUT PASSING 40 DAYS I NOT GETTING MY NEW PIN NO, THEN I CONTACT TO BANK THEY SAYING YOU APPLY FOR NEW CARD IN REPLACE TO OLD CARD ONLY PAYING RS.50, THEN I GET NEW ATM CARD AND PIN. BUT PROBLEM IS SAME YOUR PASSWORD IS WRONG HOW IT CAN BE POSSIBLE IF YOU GETTING FIRST TIME PIN AND IT IS WRONG.

SO, I REQUEST TO TAKE STEPS WITH BANK FOR INCONVINIENCE TO ME TILL DATE PROBLEM IS SAME.

i went to sbi atm in tirupathi to withdraw rs5000/- using my sbi atmcard on 10.11.2008. no cash came out of the machine, and also no transaction slip cameoutstanding that the transaction faild.on the very next day i came to know that 5000/- was deducted from my account, i report to the bank on that day.so plz pay the money back to my account, Approprite steps should be taken against this. dear sir,
when i was withdrawing my money from atm(icici,ranchi),all of a sudden computer hangs.Thereafter,i went to other atm where i knew that amount was deducted from my account. I had not recovered my those Rs9000 till noW(after 4 months)

I Arindam Banerjee a SBI A/c holder went to SBI ATM near Tollygunge Kolkata to withdraw Rs 200.00 unfortunately the machine has been hanged. then I went to the nearest HDFC Bank and withdrew Rs 200.00 but when I came to know my Balance Rs 20000.00 has been debited from my A/c whereas I didnot receive the money. The day after I complained to my home branch they told me they are unable to do anything then I complained to the Police they are also saying the same same word. where should I go? my cell no[protected].
Administration should take some steps against those bustards who are doing all this nonsense.

SBI — Re: ATM problem

I m samir kumar singh from bhubaneswar,
ON 23 aug 10 i gone for withdrawal of Rs200/-but due slow-server i wasn't able to get my money as message appear "transaction time out ".
after that i gone to Corporation bank ATM where i made my withdrawal .
but when i check my transactions the fake-withdrawal also shown as i withdrew.

kindly help me i how i can get my money back.

SBI — problem during taking out money from atm

i have already lodged a complaint in sbi kadamkuan branch my complain number is AT[protected] on 23/7/10 & AT[protected] on 11/6/10.BGL A/C is not credited. Pls to do a needful regard.
Requested amount is 5500

MOST OF THE ATM MACHINES ARE IN OUT OF SERVICE.ATM CARD ALSO NOT ACCESSING MOST OF THE TIME.

My self Himansu Sekhar Behera having A/C No-[protected] ad SBI ATM Card No[protected] in Hulurisingha ADB, Angul Branch, I went to AXIS ATM in Angul Bazar Chhoke to withdraw Rs 5000.00 using my SBI ATM card on 10.01.2011 about 8.30 PM . No cash came out of the machine and also no transaction slip came out and give a message your transaction is time out. On this day again i check my balance and to know that Rs 5000.00 was deducted from my SBI account. I reported it to the bank on very next day. you are requested to restore the above amount earliest. Appropriate steps should be taken against this.

Problem faced during Cash withdrawl using SBI-ATM

I, Arjun Kumar Sah holding S/B Account No.[protected] with State Bank of India, Sitalpur (Code - 5786), Chhapra (Saran), Bihar to withdraw Rs.10, 000/- from HDFC Bank ATM, ALWAL, Secunderabad (AP). ATM ID S1ACHY21 at 19.22 hours on 01/02/2011, ATM Card No.[protected] but I do not receive any ammounts and any reciept. Due to some problem in the ATM. I have reported this matter to my related branch 01& 03/02/2011. But I have not gate any wel sugession about this resolved problem.

Therefore, I would request you to help us to resolve the matter and arrange to credit Rs.10, 000/- to my above savings account urgent please.

I faced similar situation. The amount has been deducted but cash not dispensed.
I complained to SBI help line.

To my astonishment they credited back the amount in 3 days.

On date 15 march 2011 i had useed my ATM in the mobil ATM machine of Oriental Bank of Commerce no. DA 076931 OBC Subhash Nagar Dehradun but i had not got my ammount & the ammount had been deducted with my account . i have try to do the complaint at the toll free no. of the State Bank of Indore & its Raipur branch too. but at the till date the ammount could not be transfered in my account.So I have a request you to transfer my ammount 4000 Rs. in my account
