[Resolved]  Sun Direct — no service

respected sir,
i had a sun direct dth connection with an address of eluru town of west godavari district of andhrapradesh.Here the sun tv didn't have ditributor for attending complaints.eluru is a west godavari district head quarters in andhrapradesh. 3 months back sun tv started upgradation of their dth services,gradually they stopped one channel by one. nobody was attended for up grading their service. i complainted many times to their help line number,given mail to their nodal offfcer.but nobody was responded for the last 2 months. so i request you to take necessary action against sun tv and save cutomer rights.

As we have inform the distrubutar of service centar(APRAVAS Distrubutar PVT LTD shop no 1.2.3.4 Sai bazar To Linjj Station road Nalasapora East Thana MAHARASTRA) He says the we stop the service and we are not a distrubutar and He told we close the distrubution we cannot helps us

I am SHUBHRANHSU TRIPATHY having subscriber id-[protected] having the connection before 3 months.but i am in a position to through the sundirect and connect a dishtv in my home, because of the poor customer service .the new software that has been installed by sundirect is the worst software i have ever seen in my life.the setup box always hang for ths reason. this is really hurrible & pathetic.U r staff of cuttack & bhubaneswar does not know any thing.there is no home service like tata sky.its very poor service now this compititive market.its a regular prictice that to contact the customer care & giving the mail to this.no body come to myhome to solve the matter.
kindly have a foot fall to my residence and change the setup box because i have not the enough time to do all this things.POOR & UNEDUCATED CUSTOMER SERVICE

My house new connection of Sundirect on 15 Oct 2009 .one year Plan.In this background I hav complaint your distributor Mr.Sundar 91+[protected] .He was deputed one tech and came on 11 Nov 2009 and found that the complant due to Lightning for damaged Antana, wire exatra . In this background after left from my home till now not yet come,

My new house was wall cracked near Sun direct antana side, Sharp 25A - S1 TV mager problems, internal wire was burned, all light, fans was not working.

Above problems due to Sun Direct antana was not proper carried out during installed.

Now i am request to you kindly above replace immediately.

on sunday dt:-20/12/09 & mr. arun(customer care persone) told me ur tv
start in 2 hours only but no response. i call again 21/12/09 on monday
12:15pm give me same word start ur tv in 2 hours & my complaint no.

Sun Direct DTH — No Connectivity

I am an unlucky customer of Sundirect DTH ,I took it on May till now it is" tan-tana-tan ",no picture, no clarity ,no response while calling , at last I lost 1600-

I have been complaining abt non functioning of dth services for 4 months .every time they come up with new complaint reg no and nothing beyond that. Iam planning to approach consumer court and TRAI for allowing such rogues to operate DTH services. they loot money in the name of service and never render any. I call upon all those who are deeply troubled by this useless service provider to approach consumer court and teach'em a lesson and show the consumer power of this country. I firmly believe that they are incompetent to operate and can never resolve consumer complaints.

Last one week i am not getting asianet and asianet plus. I have talked to the sun direct in baroda, they are not responding. Sun direct service in baroda is very poor. Even we are not getting cartoon channels since june (disney channels are not available in the cartoon pack, even though we recharge two, three times. Also we have given so many complaints in the westeren region service centre in ahmedabad.

We join the endless list of customers on this website who have complaints about SunDirect DTH. They are completely useless. For over 2 years, whenever we have had customer problems, their phone lines are almost never answered. We have been able to reach their phone lines only two or three times after attempting hundreds of times.
Email to them through their website NEVER gets a reply.
They have now gone to a different satellite and like everyone else we have joined the list of customers that are NOT getting any channels. Earlier it was just one or two channels that we NOT working, now NONE of them work.
Do NOT purchase SunDirect. We will be approaching consumer court shortly due to complete breakdown of service.

If you are planning to buy DTH ( HD or normal ) , don’t buy SUN DTH . they won’t care for customer complaints. For installation they took 15 days. For re setting due to satellite change, they didn’t attend for more than 2 months. Many technical problems also there. In short, if you are SUN customer,you can’t view TV properly,
D ISH TV also problematic people. Discuss with your friends and neighbours before buying these products.
