[Resolved]  Tata Communication — Static IP and internet service disconnected

Hi,
We have had the internet service runing and with the increasing size of business required to upgrade our services.. We had a static IP which we were using for all our communications and setup. We had contacted them and Tata suggested us with the new plan and details were also ensured that there will be no disruption in services. But what can you expect.. come the month end the connection is disconnected..the billing dept says that there is unpaid charges for new ip assigned (which was never requested), the existing static IP is vanished from their systems, and all our services are deactivated. These guys have taken the customer for granted and think that we are herd of cows with no choices.. There was zero communications from their end on the same and our business came to a grinding halt on 1st Feb.. I have moved over to another ISP since I really feel that these guys are not worth giving another chance (we have had similar problems in the past also..).. I urge all business users to stay away from Tata since they are not capable to your growing needs, there is no proactive communication (any issues that they have, they will only disconnect your line without intimation, their customer support is horrible - takes a lot to have them to transfer to a person who can understand your issues).

I am writing this mail to bring to your notice that our company internet has been Deactivated due to outsatnding payment of Rs 4000/- which has been charged for Additional IP but we have not purchased any additional IP from your company it was wrongly billed by your company. Today on (02/03/2011) i have spoken with Sushil, Roshan Employee of your company and explain every thing about issue which I am faceing in my company and all my buiness communications has been stopped due to internet and after that they told me it will get activated within 15 minutes and they will get back to me, but they failed to activated and failed to turn back and also told me that we have to change our IP which curretly we are using, that is not possible because all the Configurations is done on “IP”. I also tried to reach Sandesh one of your employee on his personal number and Desk number which was provided by him and he was the person with Roshan to upgraded the plan and now his not recevinig my call.

Since, Two day my business communcation has been stopped, So i requested you to look into matter and resolved as soon as possiable.

Internet Connection — Tata Communcation

Tata communcation a poor class, low class provider.they always cheet the customer.my internet is not working since 16 may 2008.even they want to talk with customer--when i called in customer care then in background i hear the voice of team leader Nitin he said"relases the call, i cannot talk", even mr santosh area manager told "we do not have man power to solve the problem, mr.part marketing person even don't wan to hear the customer .go for sify this best -but never go for tata internet connection
