Sir/Madam, My mobile [protected] Balance stilling every month. There are no VAS and services acctivated. But service provider deduct as data usage. My handset is Nokia-1662.Customer care executive say me that after your double confirmation we activate this service. I had delete SMScenter no, Any SMS cannot send. Then how they received confirmation. they are not refumd my amount Rs.25.34. Please check record for my confirmation and help to refund above amount. Every month customer care executive refund amount and say we have close all service and next time no balance will deduct. Every time I have facing this problem. Hi Team,
I am facing issue in balance deduction from the two days. I have recharged 250 on 23/08/13. My main balance was around 200Rs on 26/08/13, it is deducted completely to zero. Then i rechareged 30 Rs then i called customer care the told i have used the data. They said to check me to send SMS DATA to 121. I dont see any related information of last data usage. After that my main balance was showing again zero. Then i again rechaged 30 then it was showing 40Rs. I am confused about the billing system of docom. There might be it is considering my last mont data pack and showing main balance. Please check with Docom team to resolve it leagaly.

My name is suyog patil my cell number is [protected] on 11/10/3013 from my main balance 37Rs was deductet as i asked the customer care executive they told me that i access Gprs without having balance this is not true that i access net without having balance and care executive can't cooprate well and they disconnect the phone, so i request you that refund my balance immediately.
As i had balance of 2100rs in my prepaid account, every month i activate net pack. If there is no net pack i just use my email service for some emergency. As I am aware that without net pack my balance may get deduct. But this docomo people have deducted my 500rs and when I call customer service they ignore my calls saying its a net usage deduction. 500rs for using net is something I don't buy this words. Please check on this and help me.

hi i am using tata docomo GSM service. my number is [protected] i have mobile internet balance. today i found 106 rupees has been deducted from my balance for internet usage. when i check with the customer cars they are saying hidden charges by website and they are not providing the details of the website. please do the needful to get back my money.

Sir, I has recharged my number of amount 333 at tatadocomo online recharge through visa credit card.as after entering all payment details it processed and displayed that your session has expired but the amount has billed to account and recharge was not done.i kindly requesting for refund of money.
