Tata Docomo — Poor Service

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Rajasekar. I am using the tatadocomo since the day i reach bangalore. Today (10/04/2012) morning you have deducted Rs.30 from my account for Khaas Khabar pack. But, I am not subscribed to any of those pack yet.

I spoke with one of your customer executive. She told that she will connect the call to her higher manager. But, She didn't. I was on the call for 20 minutes then I had cut the call. I am really regret on tatadocomo for doing this to me.

I want my money to be credited in my account. You people are taking the money without even informing to the right persons. Really frustrated. If you don't add the money to my account then it is my last month o[censored]sing your service.

I have been a customer of tata docomo since 2 months.
O lat friday morning,when i switched on my mobile,my outgoing were cut,but i am able to receive calls.It was having full signal.the next day morning both incoming and outgoing were restricted.
After asking one retailer,He gave me the office address of docomo at mysore,Saraswaripuram.
I have gon there and when i asked about my problem,they gave some distrrubutor's address.
After getting there ,he told me to go to another distributor.But thanks to the distributor,he connected me to the customer care and they assured me of correcting the proble within 6 hours.Its the 1pm s problem.Then again in the evening i called the cc and they told to wait for another 2 hours..
Now its sunday,7 pm still not done.

Could anyone help me.Even i dont have any tata docom to ask the ccare.

NEVER GO FOR TATADOCOMO and they are doing cheap tricks for marketing in public, they changed the plan now and i talked to customer care that they never had those unlimited gprs plans and no TATADOCOMO person revealed those plans any where for press. TATA si doing unethical practices in india from long time, it is better to avoid TATA in our life. TRAI is a useless body in india seems getting lot of bribes. TRAI put a rule that any plans introduced by telecom companies should be atleast for 6 months after launch. Whats is going on now? TRAI is sleeping? What the lawyers and Bigs doing in india, any one has guts to file the case on TATADOCOMO, come on indians, open your eyes and file and fire TATAs from INdia
The service of tata docomo is terrible. It causes problems to your handsets. Your phone behaves weirdly.

Tata Docomo — No coverage since 31-Jan-2010

Dear Team - Since 31-Jan-2010 morning I am facing network issue with my three tata docomo numbers.

Please find the COMPLAINT number below ==> NWK09564426

(The area is Near Kopar Station, Kopar Road, Dombivali(West), Thane.)

Even the issue is with Tata Data card which I am using since last 4 years. It does show any network and sometimes it show very poor network.

Earlier I was getting FULL network in the same area.

And the saddest part is that TATA customer care and TATA relationship center don't have any clue about the issue.

One of the customer service executive told me that IT WILL TAKE 2 MONTHS to RESOLVE THE ISSUE.

After 1 hour long conversation with TATA customer care executive raised a complaint in my name.

I would suggest TATA to atleast inform their customers or their officials about the issue and how much time to take o resolve this issue and all.

Please help to escalate this issue ASAP.

*I'm just another miserable customer of your's. Like any other, i was quite
attracted towards the pulse plan of Your's and of course it was a wrong
decision to do so. i live in the outskirts of Chennai and honestly would not
complaint on the fact that i don't get good signal when I'm at home, but it
is irritatingly surprising when the signal strength goes to zero when I'm in
main roads of Kodambakkam, T. Nagar, Nungambakam(Main places in the heart of
Chennai) etc. Its not that the signal fluctuates, but the signal goes to
zero. when i'm busy I suddenly realize that i haven't received a call or an
sms for a long time and pull out my mobile to find that there is no
signal(as if there is no SIM in the mobile). This happens in all mobiles i
tried on and everyday. Funny it is for my friends and colleagues who use
services like Vodafone and Aircel who do not have signal interruptions even
when travelling all over the State. *

*Was it a mistake buying a connection from an inexperienced service provider
like you? I feel like i am a victim of your attractive tariff and poor
service. It has been more hard when i talk to the customer service and make
them understand what exactly the issue is. Funny part is that they get
impatient when i try to explain them patiently what the issue is multiple
times. People have been following up on a complaint that made(who were all
impatient though) and finally an agent promised me that the issue will be
solved in three months(No one is going to wait for that long. Will you?). I
should be able to send an SMS when there is just 20% of signal(I was able to
do it on all other networks) but yr sim allows an sms to be sent only when
there is more than 80% signal. This is ridiculous. this issue is one of them
i have been trying to explain to some Technical agents who had called me(in
fact no one understood). It can be observed that they follow a particular
(evil of course) strategy so that they can complete the case as soon as
possible without being questioned later. Hey Important !!! I received an
sms at the end of the follow up stating that "we hope that you were
satisfied with the solution provided". *

Hi,

I recenlty went for a post paid connection with you on 21-Oct-10, thinking you will give a good service and brand. However after a few weeks its very dissapointing. A few of my requests are neglected and not acted for days now.

On 10-Nov-10, I requested to change my plan to 3G 1000 plan and its still not yet changed. I had followed up thrice later (calls, chat) and nothing happened. Adding to that I had initially requested for 299 data pack which was later deactivated immediatley when I requested for change of plan to 3G. But the new plan is still not activated and I cannot use mobile internet due to heavy chanrges (already wasted more than Rs 1200 just on internet unknowingly).

I am now planning to cancel my post paid service next week with you due to poor service. I had thought of buying Tata Sky soon, which I forgot thinking how the service of that will be compared to your Tata Docomo.

I don’t think with such service they can sustain longer.

Airtel — unknowingly applying the caller tune and taken subsequent charges

I have not taken the CALLER TUNE service of airtel and still they have charged and applied the caller tune to me.
After I called the customer care they were giving the reason of deliberate caller tune taken but I havent taken any such value added service.
The tele customer care executive name - BHASKAR SHARMA, denied giving his employer id and after repetidly calling many times they have taken me on hold after I requested to talk to some senior person.
there after they debar me from customer service executive and when i called back them from my friends airtel no other executive namely VIJAY had put down the phone as the other giving the excuse of noy hearing my voice even when i could hear him clearly.
Then I again called from my friends no and get my complain recorded but now on the excuse of senior call they again put down my phone,

I am totally frustated by such AIRTEL behavior they never get indulge i such acts but .... Please take appropiate action needed.

I am living in Bangalore & recently got an Docomo prepaid connection to check the service so that I can get a Family pack if service is ok. However, the Docomo service seems to be pathetic. There are 5-6 mobile towers within 500 mt radius of my building & I am assuming atleast one would be Tata's (I am making this assumption on the basis that signal strength shown is mostly full) However at times signal suddenly disappears to 1 or 2 bars & then returns back to full. Even when signal is full, voice breaks so much that it becomes awfully difficult to talk. Call drops & no sound on call starting are common features for nearly every call. I know this is Tata Docomo's problem because it happens no matter which provider is on other side, even if other side is a land line, it still is the same story,
THIS IS THE WORST EVER QUALITY I'VE SEEN. THEY SHOULD REALIZE THAT PEOPLE DON"T MIND SPENDING A LITTLE EXTRA IF THE GET A GOOD QUALITY. JUST ADVERTISING YOUR SELF TO BE CHEAPER IS NOT GOING TO GIVE YOU CUSTOMERS WITH THIS KIND QUALITY.

In March 2011, I left Airtel services to Tata Docomo in search of better services. But what I experienced is far worse than Airtels. As asked by the retailer I submitted the related documents relating to address and identity at the time of changing service provider. Tata docomo started the services within a week. But, after 1&1/2 months, they stopped all outgoing and incoming calls to my mobile no. Without giving any reasons. The same no. was earlier ok with airtel for more than two years where I had submitted the same documents for identity and proof of address. I complained about the poor service through e-mail. But no positive response was shown by the company.
Now, after submitting the formalities for the second time on 07/05/2011 the service is still disgusting. It seems tata docomo is now playing game with me. Each alternate day they are resuming the services and after a day stopping all the services. This is going on for last ten days. Is there no rules.................... or each day a service provider form their own conditions. Is there something called customer care....................is not it fair on the part of you to give some reasons for stopping services? I have very bad experience and lost my peace of mind. Kindly help.

Tata Docomo giving me very very poor quality network in my home since last 3 days..... the network does not remain more than 1min... I call customer care but they give me wrong information & they disconnect the line & after that i can not connect them. I want solution of this. My mob no is [protected].

am Dr.viswanathan . my mobile number is [protected] . i have two complaints . on June 23 , i was charged rs 54 for browsing , i had activated 63 rs internet packet in my mobile . and there was data balance of 4 MB left . but before that data balance got over i was charged . when i asked for explanation from 198 i was told at first that i browsed chargeable content , when i insisted for them to reply technical department person answered me that i had seen 2 websites at 1 time in laptop , so i was charged . but it does not make any sense , how can i be charged for for browsing when i have data balance left ? . another complaint is i have been to Hyderabad frequently for last two weeks . there i have problem which occurred twice in 2 weeks . i was able to make outgoing calls , but when some one calls me they are receiving the reply that my cell is switched off . even when i call to my number instead of receiving the busy tone i get the reply its switched off . the problem persisted for more than a day . and customer care persons did not give any solutions . the problem itself had rectified on its own in both instances . am entirely dissatisfied with the responses given by the customer care persons . i have applied for a MNP .
no action yet . it has not been resolved .
In my apartment in Bangalore, I can't make any calls or send any SMS, despite having FULL NETWORK COVERAGE. The calls simply do not connect, and the SMS sending fails no matter how many times I try it. And all this, despite full network coverage. I even get full 3G coverage there. The internet connects fine. But what is wrong with making calls and SMS ??

My Number[protected] not able to make incoming/outgoing calls since 28th May.
I get touch with call center they register a complaint (#:[protected] but so far no progress
in the complaint.
I recharged my number [protected] with STV 46 for free incoming calls while roaming but it didn't worked and when asked to customer support they gave poor excuse that number activated between 14th june 2010 to 24th august 2010 cannot enjoy the given facility. Before recharging my number i asked about the information from customer care with my number but they did not informed any such rule. Now they are not replying to my sent mails. There is sure unprofessional behavior from TATA DOCOMO in the given incident. I asked to refund my money and also the balance that was reduced while incoming calls after recharge. I want consumer forum to react to my problem and punish TATA DOCOMO for the cost and inconvenience that i faced due to their poor service delivery.

I had a problem wid my cell ,suddenly i had no tower suddenly ,so i had called up from [protected] on 121 to complain about my status of my number on 9th july at around 1:15 and asked for query
Your representative was sticked with only words"our system is under upgration"
When i asked for reference number for conversation i had same reply
When i asked to register for complain i had same reply "our system is under upgration"

When i asked to transfer my call to senior representative still d same reply "our system is under upgration"

When i asked for his name he din say it clearly nd whn i asked him to spell his name he refused to spell !
And further replied me "our system is under upgration"


My cell is not working from morning
Is this way your representatives talk to us !
I m sorry to tell you but you really let me down to change my sim card and same with my relatives !

This was rude reply from docomo , when you are not been able to solve query you should probably stop this service
This is your poor management !

I hope to get reply for this mail.
