ERROR ON WINDOW 7
After complete installation... its showing error that MODEM DRIVER NOT INSTALLED.
I went to two diff TATA INDICOM OFFICE, both are not able to solve this... saying system problem...
ITS REALLY BAD... I Purchased it 3 days back and not able to use it once
I am using your Tata Indicom SXC-1280 Dialer for the Internet for the last Two months. I have two of such type. Now because I have formatted my system I need a SXC-1280 Dialer so that I can Enjoy my surffing. Please do needful for me.
This is Bishnu Lal Sahu (9234953517) one of the customer of TataIndicom Prepaid Mobile since 3 successful yrs.
Actually I had purchsed one mobile, model no. HUAWEI C2901 from one of your distributers in Jamshedpur "Drive India Enterprises Solutions Limited" on 18 Oct 2008.
I am facing problem with mobile set Since June 2009 (Since Last 4 months) to till date and gave to your only one service center in Jamshedpur "Vertex Enterprises" 4 times but still problem remains same.
Every time they had taken 20 - 25 days to rectify the problem & told me that they have changed the mobile board but somehow mobile work for 1 day or some hours and give same problem (dead).
Also when I give for repair, they again tell me to give me a replacement certificate after 15-20 days but when I go to take this they just change his
statement and tell me that they can repair but board did not come.

But till now I did not perfect solution from them. When I called to him about my mobile status they told me that It will take at least one more week.When I call them after one week then they again tell me for next week and so on. They also unable to provide any set for backup.
As you know I can't use your SIM (UIM) in other mobile. It only work with TataIndicom CDMA set.Now these days I am missing my important calls since last 4 months.
I already sent you this same request when I faced problem first time then after 15 days I got a call from cutomercare, Is it take this much of time to take the initiative ?
Not only me, but a large amount of TataIndicom customers are facing with this problem.This is hamparing your business. Please do something with Service area so that customer like me will feel comfort and happy.
Please take the appropriate action ASAP with service area.
