[Resolved]  TATA Indicom Photon Plus — inadequate information in billing

BY UTILISING THE GENTLEMAN IMAGE OF TATA, TATA INDICOM PHOTON PLUS STARTED CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS BY SENDING WRONG BILLING INFORMATION IT MAKES THE CUSTOMER FOOLS

I TAKEN 750 PER MONTH 3600 MIN FREE PLAN AND I UTILISED ONLY FOR 60 HOURS. BUT I GOT THE BILL THAT SHOWS THE BILLING AMOUNT RS.500 ETC., THAN MY UTILISED AMOUNT

INFORMATION ON HOW THEY ARE CHEATING (EVEN CHILD KNOW HOW MUCH IMPORTANT THESE DETAILS ARE FOR BILLING)

1. IN BILL YOU WILL NOT FIND TOTAL HOURS UTILISATION

2. THERE IS NO DATA ON DAILY USAGE EITHER IN BYTES OR TIME

3. YOU FIND ONE DETAIL i.e HSIA USAGE READING IN UNITS (ISIN'T AMAZING! THE UNIT ITSELF IS UNITS) OTHERWISE THE UNIT FOR THIS READING YET TO BE DISCOVERED

4. YOU CANNOT WRITE YOUR COMPLAINTS ON THEIR FORUMS YOU WILL GET ACTIVATION CODE IN YOUR E-MAIL BUT IT WILL NOT WORK.

5. YOU WILL NEVER GET THE MAX. SPEED MENTIONED IN THEIR ADVERTISEMENT. (IN MY CASE MAX SPEED IS 100KB ONLY)

6. THE SOFTWARE IN YOUR COMPUTER DOES NOT GIVE CORRECT DETAILS O[censored]TILISED TIME OR BYTES DATA

7. THE SOFTWARE WILL WORK ON ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT ONLY

8. WHILE USEING ONE CAN ENCOUNTER FREQUENT DISCONNECTION


IF ANYBODY WANT TO ACCEPT ALL THIS NONSENSE OR YOUR USAGE IS THAT MUCH IMPORTANT SO THESE THINGS DOES NOT MATTER THEN THEY CAN GO FOR THIS CONNECTION

TataIndicom — do not give the information at time

I am a prepaid customer of This telecom co. I recharged for Rs.333/- for T2T local and STD free as per his SMS on 13/11/2008. But at the time of recharge he did not give any information about activation. He activated this scheme15/11/2008 and today i got a SMS your Balance is Rs. 22.50 . So, Please you recharge your phone immediately How is it possible when i did not talk on another mobile then why they deduct my Balance for Rs. 24/-

I had Rs.46.50 in my cell no [protected] but now it is only Rs22.50 . For which service they have been deducted.
I truly agree with you. I am also facing the same problem regrding this thing. I have used only 7.7GB out of my 10GB free plan but they are charging a bill of Rs.7433. Also they are non responsive towards the complain.

I completely Agree!!! to what the ACCOUNT NO.[protected] has said. TATA Photon guys are BIG CHEATERs!!! ... I would like to thank ACCOUNT NO.[protected] for bringing this pain forward, which must have been experienced by I believe almost every tata photon users including me. I have had similar questions with the customer care but with no success in getting sorted any of them. They are ADAMNT!!! in doing wrong things and keeping customer in dark... they are CHEATERs!!! they are @##$%$%^%^$&^&...
