I have been sent fraud bill for 1, 530 where as I have hardly used 100 units during the billing month (though I have 1800 free units per month).
When I complained, there is no solution for 10 days.
When I approached Nodal Officer, A.P., he also replied that the bill is correct as per records and he sent the detailed billing list.
