Tata Photon Plus — Product is not working

Sir,
I had purchased ur product for 1st time [protected], but it didn't worked, so they changed my no. n product as [protected], but it is also not working properly. Why i m facing the problem when i hav paid all the amt. Rs. 3600. Your dealer in SAHARNPUR is Pankaj Electricals, Railway Road, Saharanpur ([protected], [protected]).
I have the doubt that the above dealer is misusing my ID which he has collected from me two times.
